"Alright, is that everyone? Let's see.." Timmy questioned.
"Is Cherry here?" he asked.
The red dog put her hand up. Cherry! What a cute name.
"And there's Poncho!"
Poncho smiled and put his hand up.
"Great! I'll turn it over to you, Mr. Nook. Our three adventures are ready to get started!"
Tom Nook was standing beside his 2 nephews. They were all a cute family of raccoons.
"Let's see... How shall I begin... Of Course! Welcome everyone to your new island."
"My name is Tom Nook and I'm the founder and president of Nook Inc, Yes yes!"
"Today is the first day of your new life on this fascinating, lovely island. So, congratulations!"
"This is a package deal, hm? As such, Nook Inc's staff will always be here to support you and ensure your comfort and safety."
I felt safe here. This really was the start of my new life!
"I'd like each of you to choose a spot of your own. It's the first step to putting down some real roots!" Tom Nook added.
"I'd like you to dream bigーI do have a certain connection in construction and real estate and.." He stopped himself.
"Ah, I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's just start for today with a simple tent, shall we?"
"Please collect your tent from Timmy and Tommy and then choose a spot to place it."
I watched as Cherry and Poncho went up to grab their tents from the nooklings (yes, that's what I'm calling them now...)
"Here you go, Y/N. Your very own tent! I hope you find a great spot!"
I grabbed my tent and took a good minute looking for a spot. I found a calm location near the lake and the ocean, with a tree beside it. The tent wasn't too big and it fits perfectly beside the tree.
"Great! I set up my tent! That's a big first step!" I told myself. I sprinted back to the plaza where the nooklings stood. "I set up my tent, What should I do now?" I asked Mr. Nook
"Ah, It seems you're the first one back, So I suppose the others might still be searching for the perfect spot." He implied.
"You know.... since you've already done some searching, the others may appreciate your assistance. Yes, yes!"
I nodded and looked around the island for a good minute to find Cherry or Poncho.
I saw Poncho standing beside a tree thinking, with the tent in a bag beside him.
He greeted me again.

"Oh wait, We've already met! I saw you on the plane! Silly me.." He giggled.
"I'm so pumped to do this whole island thing! I can't wait to train my muscles for this."
You have none...You're so.. Small.
"You already set up your tent, eh? I'm still tryin' to find the perfect spot." He explained.
"I'll be doing some serious cardio, So it's gotta have a lot of fresh air." He beamed.
"I think this spot will do the trick, But I dunno... What do you think?" He asked.
"It looks good to me!" I replied.
"Alright! Looks like we have a winner! I'm gonna set it down here!" He cheerfully said
"That was a tough decision. You saved me! You're like... like... uh..." He stammered. "You're like a true champion!"
I wandered around looking for Cherry. I finally found her in a weird spot, So I helped her move her tent. She cheerfully greeted me, and her smile was optimistic. Her personality reminded me of a supportive big sister.

After we were all done setting up, we went back to tht plaza to see what Tom Nook had to say next.
