Diana's POV
"Guys we're gonna shoot them at the same time ok?" I said. They nodded. "1....2....3......go!!" I yelled. We shot the infected except hunter who jumped away. "What an idiot." Ellis said reloading his gun. I heard spitter. "Spitter is hear somewhere." Zoey said. We formed a circle and saw spitter standing in front of me. Huh? Why didnt i noticed that? She spit some acid in front of me but i dodged it and shot her then the acid started sizzling. We quickly jumped backed and the acid disappeared. We continued walking and encounter the one and only Tank. Oh man! Why now?! Nick carried me while Zoey and Ellis is shooting Tank. The lovebirds killed Tank and Nick placed my feet gently on the ground. "Thanks nick." I said. He smiled. I heard footsteps coming this way. "Someone's coming this way." Nick said. "Can you guys help me?" A boy asked. He looks just a same age as me. "Luke?" Nick said. "Dad?" The boy said. Never thought his son would come up in nowhere. They hugged the after 6 seconds of hugging they both let go of each other. "What are you doing here son?" Nick asked. "I was wandering around." Luke said. "This is Diana , that's Zoey, and that's Ellis." Nick said. Luke stared at me and blushed. Huh? "Dad can i talk to you for a sec?" Luke said. Nick nodded and they walked somewhere. "So he blushed when he looked at you." Zoey smirked. "So? What about it?" I said raising an eyebrow. "He likes you." Ellis said. I stared at them then chuckled. "No one ever likes me guys." I said. "But someone just did!" Zoey said. All the boys hated me so i hated them back. "There's no way that luke is interested on me." I said. He's quite handsome but i dont like him. I just like him as a friend that's all. Nick and Luke walked back to us. Nick told me something not really interesting. "No. Im sorry." I said. Nick smiled and came back to Luke. I saw Luke's face, he's sad but at the same time mad. "Alright. Lets roll." I said. "Wait! We're gonna leave Luke alone?" Zoey asked. Let me think about that. "No. He'll come with us." I said. Luke smiled. We continued our way finding the safehouse but Tank came. "Oh man!" Ellis said. Tank ran towards Luke. Luke shot him but he ran out of ammo. I shoot Tank in his face and he ran towards me. I kept shooting him then he died. "That was fun and at the same time scary." Luke said. I nodded. The three others just stared at us. "What?" I asked. They giggled. Wait. Did they planned to not attack Tank and get me and Luke to beat Tank?! "Why didnt you guys helped us defeat Tank?" Luke asked. They shrugged even his father. I sighed in defeat and we still continued finding the safehouse. "Oh man!! Where is the safehouse?!" Zoey asked. "No clue." I said. Luke kept staring me and its so creepy. "Luke why dont you stop staring at Diana?" Ellis smirked. Luke blushed and i nodded. "Why are you staring at me anyway?" I asked. Luke blushed even more. "I....uh....i was just......um...." Luke said nervously. He's so nervous to tell me. "Nothing!" He said. I raised an eyebrow and faced the front again. Then it comes again. The pain in my thigh again! I tried walked normally so the others wont recognize it. They were a few footsteps away from me. "Are you alright? Youre getting slow." Luke asked. "Yeah. Im fine." I said. I walked slowly to them then i fell. "Hey!" Ellis said. "Is it your thigh again?" Zoey asked. "Yeah." I said. Nick whispered to Luke. Oh god no. "I can carry you if you want." Luke said shyly. (-_-) i knew it. "No thanks. I can walk by myself." I said. I stand up but failed. Luke carried me. "I told you you,should've say yes in the first place." He said. The others smiled. What in the world are they smiling about? Oh yeah. This. Luke started to walk. "So where is the safehouse diana?" Nick asked. "Its too far away from here!" I said. I hear a smoker. "Smoker." I said. Smoker got me. Oh man! Why now?! "Diana!" They all shouted. "Just shut up and shoot smoker!" I said. Nick shot smoker and im gonna fall. Someone please catch me. Hey. Someone did catched me. Lucky me. I opened my eyes and it was Luke. "Thanks." I said. "No p-prob." He said while blushing. Why is he blushing this entire time? The safehouse is still too far from us. We saw a truck that's near to us and we entered it to have a rest. "Um. You can let go of me now." I said. Luke notices that he's still carriying me and he blushed then placed me to the ground gently. I crawled to Zoey who was smirking all the time. "Why are you smirking all the time?" I asked. "Oh nothing." Her smirk changed to a smile. I placed my sleeping bag on the floor. I laid my head on it and drifted to sleep.
