Dead Air: Crane ( Last Part )

Zoey's POV
Who would've thought Diana is afraid of freaking chargers? Bill didnt told me that. Maybe it was the time when she's all alone? Nah forget about it. Wait. Diana said almost so does that mean someone saved her? Maybe Bill just got in time to visit Diana and killed Charger. I'll just asked her when she woke up. "Wake up." Ellis said shaking me back and forth. I came back to reality. "What?" I asked. "We gotta keep moving. Diana's awake." Ellis said. "Ok." I said. I came to Diana. "What?" She asked. "You said you were almost killed by a charger right?" I asked. "Yeah so?" She asked. "How did you survived? No one survived by charger." I said. "Dad came in time." Diana said. I knew it! "Really?" I asked. "Yep." She smiled. "Lets go." Nick said. I picked up my weapon and we started walking. Again. "Look! A wandering witch!" Ellis yelled. Witch looked at us. "Ellis you idiot!!" Nick yelled. Witch is now running to us. "Shoot her!!!" I yelled. Me and the other started shooting her and she died. "Ellis dont yell when wandering witch is here!" Diana said. "Sure." Ellis said. "I hate witches." Diana said. "Now you hate everything?" I asked. "Almost." Diana said. We started walking again. " You know this kinda reminds me of something." Nick said. "And that is?" I asked. "Ooh!! Have i tell you about the time-" I cut off Ellis. "Tank is around." Diana said. We saw Tank behind us. "Run!!" Diana yelled. We ran and ran and Tank keep chasing us "Throw a molotov!!" Nick yelled. I threw a molotov at Tank and now he's on fire. We started shooting him. "Up that ladder!!" Ellis yelled. We climbed the ladder still shooting Tank. When Diana shot Tank with her grenade launcher Tank died. "Nailed it." Diana said. "Nice." We said. "The crane is..... 7 miles away from us now." Diana said. "Its about time we run." Nick said. "Why?" I asked. "Tank's roar attracted freaking zombies." Nick said. "Yeah? Lets go!!" Diana yelled and we ran. "How many miles?!" Ellis asked. "6 more miles!!!" Diana yelled. We started running fast and Diana is in front of us. Im starting to get super tired. I need a rest. "Goddamn!!" I said. "What?" Nick asked. "Im so exhausted!!" I said while running. "Is the zombies still behind us?" Diana asked. "We lost them 3 minutes ago." Ellis said. "Damn you why didnt you said it to us?!" We asked loudly. "Oh god. They're coming again!!" Nick said. "Run they're here!!" I yelled. We ran again and we finally reached the crane. "The....crane's....right.....here....you guys!!!" I yelled between pants. We climbed up the ladder while shooting zombies. "Now what are we gonna do about this thing?" Nick asked. I looked around and saw the crane hooked grabbing something. Looks like a bridge. "We gotta put the crane hook down!!" Me and Diana both yelled. Ellis pressed something and the crane hook goes down and made a loud noise. "Goddammit!!" Nick yelled. We climbed down the ladder while the zombies are running forward to us. "Run or Shoot?" Ellis asked. No one answered. "Run or Shoot?!" Ellis yelled. "Both." Diana said. We ran to the bridge thingy while shooting the zombies. We reached the other side. "Thank god we're safe." I said. We rested at a not-so-messed-up-house. "Look out!" Diana yelled from outside. Me and Ellis ran outside to see what's happening. "What's going on?" Ellis asked. "A spitter came out." Nick said. "What are you two doing?" I smirked. "What's with your face?" Diana asked. "Nothing." I said. "Why arent you answering Zoey's question?" Ellis asked. "Because we found it weird." Nick winked at Diana. "Really?" I asked. "We're here because we're training." Diana said. "Ohh." Me and Ellis said. "Lets go now." Diana said. "Alright." We said and we started walking. "I half hate everything." Diana said. "Youre just like Francis." Zoey said. "Yeah i know. I hate him." Diana said. We laughed. "What's so funny?" Diana asked. "Nothing." Ellis said. "Heelp!!!" Nick yelled. We saw smoker constricting nick. "Hang on!!" Ellis yelled. I shot smoker and he turned into a pile of smoke. "That was close." Nick said and coughed. "Thanks." Nick said. "No prob." I said. "Look!" Ellis pointed at a safehouse logo. "Safehouse up ahead!!" Diana yelled. "Its about goddamn time." I said. "Lets run for it!!" Ellis yelled. We ran to the safehouse and locked the door. "What's the outside?" Nick asked. "Construction Site." Diana said. "How'd you know?" I asked. Diana pointed at the wall and i saw a word says 'Next Stop: Construction Site.' "That is really cool." Ellis said. Diana sat at the couch and slept. "Its about time i've seen her calm." Nick said. "Yeah. Ever since Luke died she was never calm." Ellis said. "Luke was Diana's bestfriend how can she be calm by what happened to Luke?" I said. "Lets just sleep you guys. I dont wanna remember that incident." Nick said and slept beside Diana. "Sorry." Me and Ellis said. "Lets sleep." I said. He nodded and we slept beside each other.
