Dead Air: Greenhouse ( Part 1 )

Nick's POV
We woke up at the same time. Me , Ellis , Zoey are still tired from yesterday but Diana isnt. She's really amazing and strong too not to mention cute and beautiful. "Hey you guys not tired anymore? I would like leave now." Diana said. "Im still tired." The three of us said. Diana sighed and defeat and sat beside me. "Why are you all tired?" Diana asked. "I dont know why im tired im just.....tired." Zoey said. I nodded. Diana grabbed her bag searching for something. "Here. You can drink it if you guys want." Diana handed us some a bottle of water. We took it and drank it. I came back to my self not tired anymore. "What about you? Arent you tired?" I asked Diana. "Nope. I didnt sleep." She said. Our jaw dropped. "What?! You fought everything you have yesterday and you didnt sleep?! Bill will kill us if we do that!!" Ellis said. Diana raised an eyebrow. "What?" She asked. "Dad will?" She asked. "No. Just kidding." Ellis said. He laughed. Diana rolled her eyes and punched Ellis on his shoulder. "Ow! That hurt!" Ellis said. Diana rolled her eyes. We continued walking forward and saw the greenhouse. "Holy shit. This greenhouse is so messed up." I said. "And its stinky." Diana covered her nose. We saw the saferoom that leads us to the greenhouse. We entered the saferoom and sat on the couch. "We get to thank steve for rescuing us." Diana said. "I can tell that he likes you." Zoey said. Diana blushed. "No." Diana said. "Do you like him back?" Zoey asked. "Im not sure." Diana said. My heart ache when she said she's not sure if she likes Steve. "Nope! I dont like him! Because i like other person! And his first letter of his name is N!!" Diana said. Zoey , Ellis , and I have curious look on our face. "Is it......nick?" Ellis asked. Diana didnt answer. "Huh?! You like nick?!" Both of them said. Im trying to hide my blush but i failed. I blushed. "No." Diana said. Zoey and Ellis stopped dancing and singing and my blush faded. "Its my best friend Nathan." She said sadly. My heart broke into pieces. I feel sorry for her outside but inside im so brokenhearted. "Did he became infected?" I asked. "No. He left the town before the infection because he know its gonna spread. He didnt even warned me or tell me. He just left not saying a word." Diana said. "That means he's still alive." Zoey said. "Yeah. That's why im surviving to see his face again." Diana said. Somethings strange here but i dont know what. Hmmm. Never mind! I dont care anyways. "Lets go." Diana said. We nodded and we all walked behind Diana. I really like Diana huh? I saw Diana closing her eyes but opening it. "I cant let my tiredness get the best of me. I have to protect my teammates and myself. I cant sleep now." I heard Diana mumbled to herself. I saw her fall but i catched her before she fall. "She's tired. Better take good care of her." Zoey said. I nodded and followed them. "Geez this greenhouse is so stinky!" Ellis said whiles shooting zombies. "Charger!" Zoey yelled. I pulled out my magnum pistol and started shooting him. Zoey and Ellis helped me and charger died. "That was close." Ellis said while reloading his gun. I reloaded my gun too. "She's in a deep slumber." I mumbled to myself. Diana woke up. "Where am i?" She asked. "On my arms." I said. She blushed and i gently placed her on the ground. "So you have a good sleep?" Zoey asked. "Yeah. Its warm on Nick's arms so i slept peacefully." Diana said. "Lets go." I said. Diana reloaded her gun and walked past us and took the lead. "Tank!!" Diana yelled. We started shooting at Tank. I was gonna reload my gun but Tank threw me at the corner of the Greenhouse. "Shit!! Help!!" I yelled.

Diana's POV
No. No . No! Tank threw Nick at the corner of the Greenhouse just like what he did to Luke! I ran at Tank and started shooting him. He was about to punch Nick but he faced me. I ran backwards while shooting Tank. Nick helped me shoot Tank. The lovebirds are just healing at the corner. Tank died. "Hey lovebirds!! Come here!" Nick yelled. The lovebirds came to us. "We're not lovebirds!" They both yelled. "Alright." I smirked. We heard a roar from Tank. "Another Tank?!" Ellis yelled. "And its two of them." I said. The two Tanks came out. One of the Tanks is running to the lovebirds and the ither Tank is running to me and Nick. This'll be fun.
