Death Toll: Church ( Part 1 )

Nick's POV
I know that they have the same age but, they're still young! I didnt sleep because thinking about Diana's thigh. I really hurt her. I feel sorry for her. If i were her i would never forgive myself. Diana woke up. "Youre awake?" She asked. "No. I didnt sleep." I said. "What?!" She yelled. "I dont wanna sleep and why are you awake? Its only 5:00 in the morning." I said. She sat beside me. "This is always the time my father wakes me up and i can even feel his hand telling me to wake up when im was alone , then i got used to it. He said if i get used to wake up like that , i can miss no time in doing something in the house." She said sadly. "Oh. Well my mother used to wake me up in this time too. When i was 10-15. When i was 16 i got used to it too. Sometimes i even wake up early than and i even wake them up." I said. She smiled. Why does luke like her anyway? What did he saw to her that he didnt see to- never mind! She was infected and he have to shoot her! "Nick! Are you alright?" Diana poked my cheek. I came back to reality. "Yeah. Just thinking about someone." I said. "Im gonna get my chome shotgun and do you have any sharp things there? It could really use a help to me." She said. Why do she want a sharp thing? "What for?" I grabbed my knife and passed it to her. "Well when i was about to shoot Tank, the bullet is stuck so i gotta get it outta there!" She said getting her chrome shotgun. "But it will blow up! Actually not in your face but the gun will!" I said. She sighed and grabbed her shotgun and threw it outside. "Oh man! Im out of shotgun!" She said. "There are some shotguns there." I pointed at the table few inchaway from us. She smiled and grabbed a normal shotgun. "Why did you choosed a normal shotgun?" I asked. "Its a lot stronger than a cuztomized shotgun." She said. Actually its true. I have all kinds of shotgun and the normal one is the strongest than pump shotgun! I grabbed my combat rifle and reloaded it. "Lets wake everyone up we gotts go to the church immediately!" She said. I nodded and woke Luke and Ellis. Diana woke up Zoey. "Morning guys!" Ellis said and reloaded his chrome shotgun. Zoey reloaded her second pistol and rifle ak47. Luke reloaded his rifle m60 which Diana gave her the other day. "Everybody ready?" Diana asked holding the door. "Yes!" We all said. Diana pushed the door with her hands and made a loud creek and attracted zombies of course. We started shooting them. I forgot that Diana placed a scope on her shotgun. She got so many headshots. "That was great!" Ellis reloaded his gun. We saw charger and he charged at us. He pummeled me. "Help!" I yelled. Charger died. "Thanks whoever it was." I said. "It was me." Luke said. We continued walking forward and encountering many zombies and special infected. The ground started shaking. "Tank!" Zoey yelled. We started shooting him with our grenade launcher and he died. "That was easy!" Diana grinned which made my son blush of course. "Lets roll." Luke said. We saw A LOT of zombies in the streets. "Everybody! Lets form a circle!" Diana said. Our back faced each other's back. "Okay. Jump!" She yelled. We jumped in front of the xombies and started shooting them. Boomer vomited on Luke who was beside me. I shooted Boomer and he burst. We cleared the area and walked forward. "That was fun!!" Zoey grinned. "Yeah." Ellis smiled. Zoey came to Diana and asked or said something that i couldnt hear. Luke and Ellis looked at me. "What?" I asked. "Do you like Diana?" Luke asked. Huh?! What in the world is he talking about?! Why would he ask that piece of shit?! "No." I said. "Yes." Ellis said. I sighed and shoved my gun to his head. "I dont like her!" I said. "Yeah yeah." Luke said. "Hehe." Ellis chuckled. "Guys? Wanna separate groups to find the saferoom? Its really hard specially we're heading to the church! We dont know it all right?" Zoey asked. We nodded. ( A/N: Nick is only 23 here so he can like Zoey or Diana or Rochelle. And i'll make him like Diana okay? And actually Luke and Diana will be not together! Only Nick and Diana! Even though Nick has a wife before! I know nick is too young to have a 22 year old son but Luke here is only an adopted child of Nick and his wife is actually her girlfriend not really a wife! ) "Okay. Nick , Luke , and Diana will team up and me and Ellis are gonna team up." Zoey said. "Say what?!" I complained. "Im gonna agree with that." Ellis and Luke both said. "You and Ellis together?! Only two of you?! Isnt that dagerous?!" I yelled. "What about the kids? Youre gonna leave them?" Zoey asked. "No." I said. "Than youre gonna team up!" Ellis said. I sighed and nodded. Cant believe this! Im gonna team up with my crush? Yeah i know i like a 21 year old kid! "Diana when is your birthday?" Zoey asked. "December 4." She said. Oh! Its so far away! Its only Febuary 13 here! Tommorow's Valentines Day!! Im sure Luke have present to Diana! I have a present too! My present is a second pistol , adrenaline , shotguns , rifles , and bunch of other things. "Lets go Nick and Luke. We dont wanna waste time." Diana said. I looked behind and Ellis and Zoey were gone. Guess they'd moved first. The ground started shaking and we heard Tank's loud roar. He saw us and faced us. He's running this time. "Dont shoot him just stare at him. If you shoot him we're dead." Diana said. I did what she told me except Luke who shot him in the head. "Were you listening to me?!" Diana asked angrily. "No." Luke said. Tank started running at us. "Bullshit! Run like in hell!!" I yelled. We ran and ran and ran and ran then its the corner of the room and Tank is still running behind us. Tank found us. "What should we do?" I asked. I looked to Diana who has fear in her eyes. She so scared she feels death huh? Well i feel death too! Tank is walking toward us and grabbed Luke with his giant hands. "Let him go!!" I yelled. I yelled that four times but he didnt budge. Diana starts crying and started shooting at Tank with her combat rifle. But it was too late because Tank started throwing Luke in every place on the room. I stared angrily at Tank. I can do anything but cry. Diana killed Tank and me and her walked to Luke. We saw him in the corner of the room with bloody head and....not breathing.
