You and Yena both ran into the dance practice room, both of us late for our first day of the Company Practices. As you ran in, you noticed that the Yuehua trainer was waiting for us with an upset look on her face.
Trainer: "Yena! You're late again!" she said, reprimanding the duck looking girl. Late again? Is she always late practices? Based on her carefree and hyper attitude, you figure that she would be the type to be tardy to practice. You couldn't help but chuckle at Yena being scolded, it resembling a mother telling her daughter not to do specific actions. "Where were you?" she said, demanding to know where Yena was.

Yena: "Sorry," she said with an exaggerated tone, sticking out her tongue towards the trainer. "Anyway, I was showing Y/N around the building," she said, as she made a gesture towards you. "This is Y/N! The trainee from Woollim!" she said, introducing you.
Trainer: "Oh, so you're Y/N... I'm a trainer at Yuehua, and I will be your instructor," she said as she introduced herself. You then bowed in response, showing perfect manners. "I've heard a lot about you from the CEO and other fellow trainers," she said with a smile. Heard a lot about you from the CEO and trainers? Did they talk about you? You wonder what they said, so you decided to ask.
Y/N: "What did they say about me," hoping they didn't gossip behind your back.
Trainer: "They talked about how talented you were and how you were like a Golden Trainee in their eyes," she said, making you blush.
When you hear that, your ears begin to turn red, and your face begins to heat up. You didn't think they would be praising you behind the scenes. The comments made you thrilled, but you were slightly embarrassed. And It didn't help that Yena was screaming after the statement, adding to the embarrassment.
Yena: "Wow!!! So Y/N must be really talented, right Teach?" she said, nudging the trainer.
Trainer: "Apparently so... Anyway, since you guys are finally here, let me tell you about your assignment," she said, getting back into the business.
She begins to tell us about our assignment. Basically, your group, Yena, Yiren, Sihyeon, and you, will be given a song to learn and will need to perform it by the end of the week.
The instructor will do a check-up after a few days to see how much you progressed and help with anything that needs improvement. After the given week to memorize the choreography and the song's lyrics, each group would undergo an evaluation test to determine their score.
Trainer: "Trainers will evaluate each trainee group during the evaluation. You guys will be given grades from F to A. If your group receives an A for 7 out of the eight performances, then your group can perform in front of the CEOs of both Woollim and Yuehua, having a chance to debut."
Chance to debut? What? Does that mean they are debuting some people after the Company training? Your eyes brighten as you finally when through the realization of what the trainer just said.
