Chapter 12 Finding Out Everything: Consequences

Note: This will be in two parts, the second will shorter than this one.
By this point  Perseus Achilles Jackson is still asleep regaining his energy. As per the wish of his mothers and fathers, he was recuperating in a jointly owned palace where they were watching him closely. Meanwhile for the Olympians especially two goddesses it was time to punish the erring hunters, it was time to give them a bitter taste of their own medicine in form of torture like they had done continually to Percy callously without a single thought.
They would surely suffer for what they had done, even Artemis would have to suffer a bit as well for turning a blind eye to the actions of her hunters against Percy. They decided not to tell Percy's family about anything of the pranks that had happened during his half year stay with the Hunt, as telling them would lead to serious trouble  for the Hunt, rather they would handle it themselves. Their punishments would be a pre-emptive strike for what the rest of the gods would do later.
Taking a moment, they tried to imagine the results of what would if they told them. Scratch that aside, it actually happened with them seeing it unfold before them like a vision.

What They Saw
Nadine once she found out about what the huntresses did to Percy, flashed herself to the Camp immediately proceeding to flood it with water, thereby trapping the offending huntresses in their tents.
Soon after Khione appeared to dish out her own share of punishment, which was to freeze the entire Camp further cutting the offenders.
Next, Came Reyna. Most people would simply know her as the daughter of Bellona, minor Roman goddess of War, at least that was what she wanted people to think and gullibly they believed it, thus they left her alone.
However, the truth was that she was actually the daughter of Ares and Bellona, hence though she was a demi-god in the public eye(her parents decided to decrease her powers to that of a demi-god, only increasing the amount as she grew up); she was born a Minor goddess. Therefore, she fully inherited her parents domain of War while sharing the domains of fear and terror with her uncles Phobos and Deimos.
She as punishment for the offending huntresses, made them to see their worst nightmares while still trapped in their liquid prison.
Finally, Hestia was able to calm their burning rage, but she grimly admitted that that was not the end of the punishments as more would come soon.
Afterwards, she took Percy's wives to stay with him alongside his children who were already there and from whom she had gotten a solemn promise not to seek further revenge against the hunters, saying that what their mothers had done was enough.
As she had said this was only the starting point as their woes would only increase, more so with the return of Shayne Scarlet because it spelt serious trouble as he had gone on a quest to the garden of the Hespirides in order to prove himself to his new brother during the 6month period Percy stayed with the Hunt and did not know what transpired.
When he found out everything eventually once he got back to Camp Olympus, he would want justice. Furthermore, serious matters like this always had a domino effect, meaning that he would find out, want to meth out punishment and the Questers as well as other campers would follow him especially his elder sister Lou Ellen.
Note: this was why Hecate told her children to limit the use of their powers because they were dangerous when they were angry. They were only allowed to use them to aid others in dire need. Hestia would know this because she was always there when demi-gods were born.
Hence she left Olympus to find him. Luckily she found him when he just entered back into New York.
Taking him back with her to her palace in Olympus she explained the whole situation to him while telling him that Percy was okay and she pleaded with him not to attack the Hunt, reminding him of his mother's instruction. Also she told him that she had gotten a promise from his nieces and nephew for the same thing.
Shayne was upset, he had travelled west for months, found the garden of the Hespirides, fought Ladon and brought an apple as proof for Percy his big brother that he had done it.
He returned and was looking forward to spending quality time with his elder siblings at camp, but this had to happen. He needed to get some measure of revenge for the atrocities done to his brother by the Hunt, he could not do so himself because of his mother's specific instructions to him and his sister, but she could do that.
Quickly he left Hestia, heading to his mother in her palace on Olympus. Pleasantries were saved for saved for later as he explained Percy's predicament at the hands of the Hunt, his temper rising steadily.
As always Hecate was not one to be messed with something Shayne knew well still remembering her fierce display of anger, 6 months ago. Note: just so you know, he peed his pants that day out of fright.
The Hunt had joined her son to themselves by deceit and then they did this...! Someone would surely pay!
Taking her cauldron, she took an ember lit it on fire and chanted a spell:
"Fires that may be quenched only by my hand or the hands of those  I permit, burn bright"
"Become a inescapable prison for those whose stone hearts are as dark as night"
"Thus shall it remain with no respite, until my scorned son reawakens".
Taking the flaming ember in her hand, While Shayne looked on with a satisfactory sinister gleam in his eyes, she threw it from Olympus to the Hunt's Camp. The result was purple flames spreading through out the Camp.

The other Olympians seeing the flames took it as the sign to act.
Zeus sent a thunderstorm
Poseidon sent an earthquake
Hades sent shadows and skeletons
Apollo sent Crows
Demeter sent and Persephone vines and Venus flytraps
Mars and a cajoled Ares who feared the look Hera gave him, sent Spartoi.
Athena sent huge spiders. Note: When Arachne faded, her domain of spiders passed to Athena, this was something she hid from the rest of the Olympians. Only Hestia Hera, the Fates and their mother Anake knew about it.
Hera caused to fight a version of themselves that taunted them and pointed out their deepest flaws, since one her domains was the mind.
Aphrodite reserved her own punishment for later.
Hestia though angry with the Hunt and Artemis somewhat, abstained from punishment, but she would reprimand them later.
Instead, she made an appeal that the punishments should cease for the time being because from what she had observed, some of the hunters had become catatonic from the trauma of multiple attacks.
Also, she had convinced Gaia and Chaos to abstain as well for the same reason.

Artemis
The barrier Percy had placed around the Camp had disappeared, the clone he left with them disappeared, even the giant Polybotes also disappeared, Her five lieutenants as well as all the younger generation of hunters were no where to be found thus only herself and the middle aged group were there.
She started realising a few things each with more dread.
1. For the past one year, she had been in an illusion that caused her to live the same day repeatedly.
2. Perseus had disappeared to who knows where.
3. Her five lieutenants as well as the entire younger generation of hunters had disappeared too.
4. Her own family attacked her, why?, She did not know.
5. The Camp was destroyed.
All of this things were she needed to get an explanation for, fast.

Getting to the outskirts of the Camp, she saw that there was an entirely different battle that had taken place as the atmosphere reeked of both Chaotic and Atlantean power.
If that were the case, then Percy Jackson had fought a Chaotic being similar to his mother using his Atlantean powers alone!!!😱 Thus, she got the answer to her last question.
She was going to have a serious discussion with him about taking unnecessary risks😬, even though it was lovely that he would do so.
Adding to her horror as she walked around the Camp surveying the devastation,  she found a note from Perseus explaining what the huntresses did to him during his 6 month stay with them and that it was with a heavy heart that he had to tell her that his time as their guardian had come to a conclusion.
The Hunt hurt Percy even when she told them not to? She struggled to believe it until she found his burnt tent. If they so brazenly burnt his tent, then they were guilty as charged.

With a further sinking feeling that was slowly turning into rage, she now knew why her family attacked her and majority of hunters had left, it was because of her middle aged group of hunters whose actions against Percy they found disgusting. These hunters who took as daughters had disobeyed her?😬, They were surely going to be punished!.
Reading further, the letter said, he did not tell her or the others about any of the middle aged hunters because he did not want them to choose between him and their sisters.
Artemis was wrath at the revelation, damn him and his unflinching loyalty, she would have to tell him while beating him up, not to be so loyal, but it was what made her, Aphrodite, Athena and his family love him so much.
She was so mad right now that she just wanted to destroy something, anything to get rid of the sour feeling in her stomach.
All the hunters except her five lieutenants and the younger generation of hunters had ruined everything, she hoped to confess her feelings for him to him after their battle with the giants. She thought that they would have come to accept him and respect him as a fellow hunter/friend after working together for so long, and then she would have the chance to tell him how she truly felt about him without any problems from them or any guilt that she broke her oath of falling for a man, because Percy was worth it. But they had taken away that chance with their unsavory actions. Of course, now nobody would pay attention to her if  she said she loved him, they would say that if she loved and loves him at all she should not have let him suffer at the hands of her teenage hunters the way he did. She could have as a result of this lost the respect of her Oldest hunters especially Thalia Grace and Zoe Nightshade, something she did not want to imagine.
To show her fury and sorrow at losing Percy from everything the hunters had done, she glowed bright silver while yelling at the top of her lungs(with tears in her tears in her eyes to show her anguish), almost revealing her true form; to make matters worse it was nighttime, the time she was at peak power in her moon domain and as a fallout, she caused a super Moon.
It took the intervention of Hestia and Chaos to calm her down by reminding of what happened at Camp Olympus when the Questers found out that Shayne Scarlet caused Percy to disappear many years ago.

As a further reminder, they asked her what happened at Camp Olympus all those years ago, the day they all discovered that their children could rival them in without breaking down
