Chapter 4 From Home To Parts Unknown II: A new life & The gods are angry

4 Years Later
He had settled down in Alaska with a steady paying job as a delivery man for the Alaskan shipping company, he had a comfortable monthly pay of 450,000USD and comfortable accommodation.
For his schedule, he worked on a barge that shipped goods from Alaska to Seattle WA USA on a two week interval. At work, he went by the name Peter Johnson to distance himself from his alter ego.
He cloaked his aura so that he looked like a mere mortal man, hence he was undisturbed by monsters.
As fate would have it, Sally Jackson's prayers were answered, it was simple and pure enough to awaken Chaos from hibernation.
She had been asleep since the end of the war.
Now awake, Chaos set out to find her new charge. In mortal form, she as Addison Jackson, elder twin sister to Sally Jackson. In terms of physical appearance there was almost no difference between them except for their hair color, as Chaos chose blond hair. Secondly, Sally was 5ft9inches. Chaos chose a height of 6ft5inches; though they were similar in their temperaments.
Following Sally's prayer, she heads straight to Alaska.
Similarly, two Olympians were looking for him, they knew he was in Alaska but not where he was.
Back with Perseus
You know what they say, "The past always comes back". This for Percy comes in the form of Boreas Greek god of the North Wind. He contacted Perseus because he was in a dilemma regarding his daughter Khione.
The young maiden was being relentlessly courted by many suitors in the hope that she would get married to one of them and in return they would share her domain. Because of this many had come threatening war on him, if Khione did not choose.
However, she always said she hated power hungry, proud men, instead preferring loyal men which were hard to find. Boreas could only think of one person who suited that description; Perseus Achilles Jackson.
Bringing him to his domain in Quebec Canada was not hard, it was convincing him which turned out to be, seeing that he wanted to leave that life behind.
But something would change his mind.
Suitors numbering about forty besieged Khione's quarters intending to drag her out bounded, after which they would cast lots, the winner of which would take her as his bride.
All the while, Perseus watched with Boreas safely hidden in mist. If there was one thing Perseus could not stand it was seeing the innocent hurt especially ladies. Not waiting to be prompted, he jumped out proceeding to battle all forty intruders on skills alone.
Jumping, rolling, dodging, hacking slashing, swiping etc. By the time it was over, all were prone on the ground minus their weapons with Perseus in the middle.
A pleased Khione told her father that she had found her husband. A pleading look from her was all Percy needed to accept, at that same time Chaos appeared having followed Percy's power signature.
When asked by Boreas who she is, she introduced herself as Percy's mother much to his shock.
Satisfied that his parent was present, Boreas officiated the wedding.
4 years later
Perseus Achilles Jackson was 24 year old man, married to Khione with a daughter named Chloe. He still worked with the Alaskan shipping company promoted to the rank of a Foreman.
Over the four years, Chaos explained to Percy that his mother originally awoke her with a prayer to protect him since he was outside the land of the gods. She also explained that over the years of watching him she had come to love him as a son so that was why she adopted him as her son.
They had a formed loving mother-son relationship once it was cleared up. She kept him abreast of things in Olympus and Camp.
For Hecate, Hera and Hestia, they were now closer to finding him as all they needed to do was to follow the trail of home as the bond of marriage.
After two days of tracking the trail, they found him. There he was, gone was the 16 year old boy they knew, in his place stood a 24 year old man.
Standing at an massive 6ft9inches, the only thing that changed about Percy was the stubble on his chin, his height and his status. His build still remained the same, muscular but not overly so effective for both stealth and speed. His eyes still portrayed his emotions.
Bright Green for when he was happy, surprised, Shocked, or being mischievous.
Poison Green for when he was angry.
Dark green for when he was depressed or sad.
Lime green for when he was confused.

He was outside his home playing with his daughter Chloe while Khione cooked dinner,when they made themselves known. Never one to turn away guests he invited them inside, already knowing their mission thanks to his new mother Chaos.
Going straight to the point the way he liked it, they asked him to return home immediately.
In an attempt to persuade him, first they inform him of Camp Jupiter's threat to march on their Greek brethren and declare war if he does not return and also the additional threat of them matching into Alaska to take him themselves.
They also informed him of the Olympians actions resulting from their anger.

It started when Apollo removed the Oracle from camp(Rachel Dare was like a daughter to him, so he did not want to repeat the same mistake he made with Cassandra)to Olympus, so that she would not warn them of what was coming upon them. He made it that so she would not speak any prophecies until Percy returned. The sun gave half it's light. This was the beginning as more followed...
The Hearth in the center of Camp went out never to burn again until Percy returned.
Athena, Mars and Hephaestus, jinxed their crafts and weapons so that failed them by rendering useless.
Hades covered the entire camp in shadows, with Nyx and Erebus's permission, he jinxed the camp with eternal night. If Perseus did not come back the camp would be plunged into darkness forever. He made sure the furies patrolled the camp to torment the campers.
Persephone changed the strawberry Fields to thorns, while Demeter covered the camp in poisonous vines.
Zeus banned them from flying in his realm.
Dionysus was upset at the campers. Percy Jackson had helped him gain the respect he had at Camp, completely disregarding the fact that he was merely a wine and party god, he helped him unlock the firm/dreaded side of himself that everybody even the other Olympians respected and feared a.k.a the lune.
He put Bacchae to guard Percy's Cabin authorizing them to strike anyone except the Questers and Chiron, who tried to enter. They would remain there until Percy Jackson returned home.
Hermes and Iris refused to take any messages from camp.
Artemis withdrew the Hunt's help from camp meaning that monsters could have a feel day. She removed the moon from the skies of Camp.
To others the moon was blue, representing her sadness at Perseus disappearance. Five of her hunters took it badly viz-a-viz, Thalia, Zoe, Bianca, Phoebe and Atlanta. She tried to hide it, but they knew their mistress was in pain like them.
She would leave them and go to Delos with Apollo to mourn everyday, returning only if there was something the Hunt could not handle on it's own. On 18th of August every year Perseus's birthday, the moon stayed blue throughout the night.
Artemis would not admit to anyone for fear of anyone seeing her soft side for a man, but she loved him secretly and she took his disappearance the hardest, since she could express her feelings for him.
If they succeeded in bringing him back home, she would not waste any time in telling him how exactly she felt about him. Over the years whenever they met, they could not stay long with each other, however, things would be vastly different this time around for she would keep him with her if it was the last thing she did!, her father, brother, maiden oath and hunters be damned!!! The thing she to do was to get him into the hunt.
Athena remained in her study on that day partaking in Dionysus domain and talking to a picture of Perseus. They had developed a close relationship that bloomed far more than the one she had with Frederick Chase, Annabeth's dad. Could She be in love with Perseus?, Only Aphrodite knew.
Aphrodite wept inconsolably in the midst of her children. Piper McLauren and her kin swore not to stay in camp until Percy returned, preferring to be with their mother in Olympus. In retaliation for Percy disappearing they broke up all relationships therein and jinxed them so that they attempted to get together it would fail.
Poseidon dished out worse punishment because Triton with Amphitrite and Sally's support seized the throne of Atlantis from him, when he found he disowned Percy, he would return it when his brother was came home. In effect, there were now two Sea gods. He made sure the Camp was completely flooded, it would be that way never to cease until Percy returned.
Triton was extremely mad at his dad for what he had done. He and Percy had finally formed strong brotherly bond over the collective love for their home, they would anything and everything to defend it against it's enemies.
They had made a name for themselves all over because together they put their foes to flight. Together they had sent over 4 million monsters combined back to Tartarus, they shared the title "Champion Of The Pit".
As a result of that, Percy had free passage through Tartarus and the mansion of Night, when he had fallen in with Annabeth. Monsters feared him immensely.
Returning to Olympus, he(i.e. Poseidon) took up a Virgil to await the day when his son would come back home.
These plagues lasted for three whole years. Afterwards, the Fates decreed that Percy must be brought back home at any cost.
They also informed him that the Ancient laws that forbade the gods from interacting with their children had been removed completely, even though they still had to abide certain rules to ensure peace between the gods and demi-gods.
Presently(still flashback)
To get things back under control, while Hera and Hestia looked for Percy, the Fates called in Sally Jackson to run the camp aided by the new Minor gods.
