It's Official: Avengers Assemble! with a little twist

On his way out to see the Captain, Thor took Percy along with him. They took a few turns in the seemingly endless maze, but finally found Steve Rogers slugging it out with a punching bag. They observed him.
As he continuously punched the bag, Tony's harsh words rang in his ear like an ominous mantra, "Everything special about you came out of a bottle!" And believe me when I tell you, it angered him to no small degree.
Sure Tony Stark had fought Whiplash and countless other villains as Ironman and lived to tell the tale which was a remarkable feat, but he too had been in tough situations while fighting against Red Skull, Baron Zemo and many other agents of Hydra too numerous to mention. For Tony Stark the son of Howard Stark a man he respected immensely to make fun of him, was very disrespectful.
As such he would work with Tony when he needed to do so, otherwise he would keep his distance from him until he came to his senses.
Sensing Steve's tension once they arrived, Thor offered to spar with him while co-opting Percy into it.
Thus it was two Asgardians against one super soldier squaring off. The effects of their sparring could be heard all across the tower thanks to the shockwaves they produced.
Intent on keeping everyone in the tower safe, Nicholas Fury called in his friend Dr Steven Strange who immediately put up a barrier strong enough to withstand and contain the impact. But then rather than leave as he normally would, this time he joined the fight saying he needed a good workout to which Fury agreed.
Thinking to himself he saw that this would be a good chance to encourage team building, so he called in Black widow, Hulk, She Hulk, Winter Soldier and Hawkeye who paired up with Steve. Later on Dr Strange called in Wanda Maximoff a.k.a. Scarlet witch, Quicksilver, Professor Xavier, Monica Rambeau, Captain Marvel Wong, Shang Chi and Mordu.
As backup, Thor called in Sif and the Warriors three, Valkyrie, Thena, Makkari and Lady Thor a.k.a. Jane Foster and finally their daughter Thorrin.
Alternatively, he would allow Stark's curiosity to lead him there.
His guess paid dividends as Tony came running down once Jarvis informed him that there was a mock battle going down.

Surveying the battlefield, Tony Stark brought in his own team of:
Himself, The Protector a.k.a. Pepper Potts, Iron Heart, a.k.a. Morgan Stark, War machine, Vision, Black panther, Shuri, Okoye, Spiderman, Ant-Man and the wasp, Reed Richards, Sue Storm and The Human Torch.

Now if you would think things could not get anymore heated up than they already were, then you are sorely mistaken because that was when the rogue android Ultron decided to attack. This time choosing to attack the tower intending to destroy as many Avengers as he could thanks to his flawed program.
Code Alpha is called in:
This code is called in whenever the tower came under direct attack, meaning all persons present must defend the base.
As such Maria Hill, Phil Coulson and even the director Nicholas Fury are called into action.
For every 1000 android soldiers sent in by Ultron there was an avenger to take them out. Everybody's mind was on the major threat which Loki posed. After all he was bringing an Alien threat to Earth so this attack was small fry.
Every single Avenger there had a score to settle with the god of Mischief in this rebooted timeline. Ultron was subsequently crushed with the Avengers giving Scarlet witch and Vision the honor of landing the finishing blow.

A Week Later

Fury called up the Avengers again as Loki had been spotted with Dr Eric Selvig opening a portal to bring in the Chitauri. Loki of course was hellbent on getting to Thor, Jane and Percy as he had not forgotten what had happened in Asgard. He wanted revenge.

The team was same team that took on Ultron with few more additions. :

As if that was not enough, another team of warriors in the Amazons joined the fray. They were led by both Rayna and Hylia Ramirez Jackson.
In their ranks they had another set of sisters, twin sisters Queen Hippolyta and Queen Antiope restored to life by Hades at Hylia's request.

They arrived there quickly thanks again to Nyx, entering the battlefield with a vengeance as they tore through their enemies without mercy concentrating on the alien army.

Witnessing his alien army fall to the combined might of the heroes not to mention that there were Primordials who could tear him to pieces with a single thought, Loki fled in search of an easier target. He went after Ironman, he had controlled Hulk and Hawkeye with near positive results and so he figured he would try his hands at controlling Ironman.

Tony Stark being the genius that he was, took the time to study his enemy coming to the conclusion that the best way to outwit Loki was to keep him distracted. He was aware that the Hulk had a bone to pick with their common enemy and therefore he would let him have his pound of flesh.

Afterwards, Loki was taken by Thor and Percy back to Asgard to be disciplined by Odin.

What in the world are the Amazons doing there, much more with their with two of their original leaders from their inception. How do figure into all of this?
