CRAM Chapter 03-Aha! In Your Face!

"Why is Sting like that?" I cried to Levy-chan. I said the Sting part in a low voice. You know, somebody might hear me. Just to be sure.

"Shh... it's gonna be alright..." Actually, because of me, she stopped reading her book. I was sobbing nonstop, so she became disturbed. Now my conscience is bothered, too. I was such a cry baby. I just felt that the pain in my heart was unbearable and excruciating.

"Sting... is my life." I did not knew my voice was trembling and getting louder. And I also didn't know that I was mumbling nonsense to Levy-chan.

"It's okay." Hey... is that Gajeel? Wait, Gajeel!? Oh, I’m so dead. Why did I even speak about Sting? More importantly, why is he here?

"Aha!"

I want to bury my face into something that will make me unrecognizable right now. My humiliation was to the max, and my pride will be gone in the wind a few moments from now.

"W-Wha—?!" I tried to speak. My anxiety level had gone to the max as well. How am I supposed to go to school tomorrow? People will gossip like there's no tomorrow, and that'll be very bad. Shoot, there's more! Sting, of course, will hear about this. And I, Lucy Heartfilia, cannot afford to lose Sting. (like he was mine)

"Now I know." He flashed me a snide smirk. I saw Gajeel rolling his eyes and then he looked somewhere beside me. I don't know where. To Levy?

"What?! You.. you heard it?" I shrieked, blushing furiously. Word will spread without this day ending, I'm sure of it. I was just such an idiot. I should've just kept my mouth shut.

He shrugged, and this time he bit his lip. He was stifling his laughter, no doubt. Now, I just want to die. "I'm not deaf, you know. Not like yo—"

"Argh!" I stepped on his foot once again. My temper went on its highest just because of him. He's the one who makes me mad at all time. I was never (and when I say never, I mean it) friends with him since... I can no longer remember.

"H-Hey you! Get back here!" I cackled as I ran away, satisfied as I heard his ear piercing scream. I was now dragging Levy-chan behind. At least I have got my payback.

I saw Levy-chan shaking her head at me in dismay.

"What?" I asked her innocently, batting my eyelashes. She really hated improper behavior, especially from me. She said I should act like a lady.

"Nothing."

Oh yeah! Lunch time!

I saw Erza and the others having the time of their life while eating. Levy and I asked if we can join them and they agreed right away.

While eating, there were also story-telling. Well, more like gossiping. And I didn’t like that.

I was enjoying their company...

not until I heard a certain topic about “Love”.

"Hey guys! What do you say? Let's play the match-making games!" Mira cheerfully suggested.

"Sure." Erza stopped eating for awhile and grinned at Mirajane with glimmering eyes. Wow, she looked so enthusiastic. Mr. Jellal Fernandes should calm her down. Her heart will not calm down, though.

"So... let's start with you." Evergreen wiggled her eyebrows at Mirajane, smirking. She was the one who suggested it, so good luck with that.

"M-Me?" Mira stammered and blushed.
