Chase POV
These last few days are the most boring of all. Without Everest. What's wrong with me? I think of Everest every time. I need someone to explain me. I go up to the Lookout, and I see Ryder talking on the phone.
Ryder: Yeah. I love you too. Katie my Princess. Or Katie my beautiful princess! I love you, goodbye.
He hangs up the phone, and he sees me.
I am looking him. He looks at me.
I don't say anything.
He doesn't say anything.
I stick my tongue out.
He sticks out his tongue.
I make a funny face.
He makes a funny face.
And then he's running around, screaming.
After calming him down, he talks to me.
Ryder: Don't tell anyone! Okay?
Me: Sure. Ryder? It's weird. I think of Everest every time, and I worry about her. When she laughs, she talks to me, she smiles at me, my heart beats faster. Why Ryder?
Ryder: My poor Chase .... you're in love.
Me: Me? No! I'm only in love with Skye.
Ryder: Honestly, tell me, have you been worried about Skye since you started worrying about Everest?
Me: Uh ... no.
Ryder: Everest replaced Skye in your Police heart.
He said that to me, giving me a pat on the chest.
Ryder: Be a man, and tell her.
Me: But .... Marshall?
Ryder: Damn ****. I forgot about him.
Me: No insulting words. Especially not in front of Rubble.
Ryder: Yeah, I know. I suggest you to talk with Marshall on this subject.
I see Marshall cleaning his puphouse.
I am looking at him.
He looks at me.
I stare at him.
He's staring at me.
I smile at him.
He turns around and continues to clean his puphouse.
Me: Marshall ... I know you're mad at me. I want to talk.
He lets me enter in his puphouse.
Me: Marshall .... I'm sorry ...
Marshall: What you are sorry !? You played with her for 1 week! I don't know what you two did! Everest is only interested in you! She's talking to you in private! She hugs you!
Me: I'm sorry ...
Marshall: If I do all this with Skye, how are you going to take it?
Me, I don't know...
Marshall: I know! You'll never talk to me! Everest was my crush and you steal her from me !!

I run away from his puphouse before he hits me. I see Everest approaching me.
Me: Hi?
Everest: I am finally out of the hospital.
Me: Cool.
Skye runs towards me.
Skye: Chase !!! I was looking for you everywhere !! Thanks for giving me my swimming cap back! Thanksss!!
Skye hugs me, snuggling up to me. This is the first time that I don't blush.
Everest whispering to me: Looks like you're going to be a couple?
Me: Not possible. She is now my sister, and I would do anything to protect her.
She smiles at me.
She takes her vehicle, and heads for Jake's mountain.
I couldn't tell her that I love her.
Me: Skye? Everest is gone. You've been hugging me for over 5 minutes.
