"a bullet to the head? That is clearly a mafiosos doing. God, no sooner do I feel like I'm in a good place, some terrible thing happens, somebody dies, and ik immediately back in the place of, "what if my dad if behind this?" Veronica yells. You jughead and Archie just sit there. And .along matter infinitly worse, I've now dragged you into this Martin Scorsese nightmare" Veronica says to Archie. Archie stands up. "Veronica! I chose to be with you, remember? To help you." Archie says. "Archie I can't handle the not knowing." She yells. "Then choose to believe your dad." Archie replies. You chuckle. "Anyone who believes anything that comes out of my dad's mouth is stupid" you say as jughead arm goes around you. Veronica sighs. "His business dealing might be shady but, at heart he is still a good guy" Archie says. You chuckle again. Archie and V hug. "Yuck." Jughead says. "Mhm-" you say agreeing.

"Riddle me this, what do sunnyside trailer park, twilight drive-in, and Southside high, all have in common?" Jughead asks circling the place on a map. "There on a map" you say eating M&Ms. "I don't know." The Mayor says. They were or are town land. You control them.the drive-in was shut down as was Southside high. Now the trailer park is in jeopardy." Jughead states. "Can't you just feel the invisible hand of my dad all over this" you say standing up. "What exactly are you insisting?" The Mayor asks. "If you e been expecting donations from my family, in exchange for favors such as land deals. Now is your chance to come clean to the public." You state.

You are spending the night at your parents house and over hear Archie and your dad in his study. "Thank you for meeting with me Mr. Lodge" Archie says. "Yeah of course Archie." You dad says. You roll your eyes at the fact your dad is being so polite. "The article on the register is about Poppa Poutine in his hotel room." Archie says. "Archie, if I may..  I am gutted over this atrocity. But, poutine was rich, with enemies, a lot of them. He was rude, and selfish, and deep into gambling depts.. a quarter to Lenny alone. Not to mention the affairs. So many of them vendettas against him, it was just a matter of time. And it just o happened on the night of the confirmation" Your dad says. "But since you brought up veronicas Confirmation, she's the reason I can to see you." Archie says. "Has something happened" your dad asks. "When she heard someone was murdered in Riverdale, the thought of you, maybe, possibly being involved is making her spiral. And I don't want to overstep, but you may want to clarify things with your daughter. Just to give her peace of mind." Archie says. You smile at the fact that he cares so much about V. Later on your dad goes to see Veronica, but you are leaving then so you don't know what they had said.

You jughead and F.p are sitting one side of the couch while V and your dad are on the other. "Why don't you sit with the family mija" your dad asks you. "Nope I'm good." You say. "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding." Your dad says to jughead ans his dad. "There's no misunderstanding. Tall boy said you hired him to decapitate the Pickens statue" F.p states. "As an excuse to turn up the heat on the Serpents" you say. "you got a lot of nervous people,  scared they're gonna loose there homes." F.p. says. "I heard about that. And though it has nothing whatsoever to do with me ive spoken to the Mayor." Your dad says. You scoff. "And as a gesture of Goodwill to the Southside community, I'd like to settle any back rent you or your neighbors owe the town" you dad continues. You make a confused face. "Goodwill? You hit me the first time I told you I joined the serpents!" You say standing. "You hit her!?" F.p. yells. "It's ok it was when we were in New York and I was 14." You say. "That doesn't make it ok!" Jughead yells. You sit down and drag jughead down with you. "what do you want in return?" F.p asks sitting down. "Peace in the land" your dad responds. You scoff. "It's a deal" f.p says standing up putting his hand out. Your dad shakes it. "There is one thing. Mayor McCoy tells me you are working on some sort of expose, jughead. So in exchange for my generous offer if appreciate it if my name were kept out of it" your dad says. Jughead rolls his eyes. "That sounds a lot like a bribe" he says. "No deal" he continues. "See ya in the funny pages." You say laughing as jughead puts his arm around you.
