As it was to be expected, Jordan went round trying to get his Elemental powers by defying the Moon Goddess, the cause of my pain. I'll just move on. I think I can handle it. Apparently when I fell, I hit my head on the table and now there's a huge gash on my head. Yea, thanks Jordan. For Alicia, it is very difficult. She's just curled up in a corner of my mind with silent tears running down her snout.Brett and Eddy decided to give us five days to play pranks on each other. I seemed okay, the pain was only five minutes. Looks like Jordan can't stay in bed for even a few minutes! Alicia is furious and betrayed. Hilary convinced Brett and Eddy to allow me to part in the pranks to take my mind off him.Starting April first, every day a team will play pranks. They posted a schedule which is below:

We are pranking on the last day. Alicia's ears perked up. I decided to work with Sophie and Hilary. Working with the Beta and the Gamma, it is really easy to get privacy and we were able to plot many surprises. Sophie was planning to replace the sugar with the salt and she was going to put baking soda in the ketchup to set off an explosion. Hilary was planning to get two plastic violins. She would cut one in half, stuff it with fake cockroaches, and put it in place of Eddy's violin. The other one was for Brett. It would be scratched up and we would paint it with random colours. For the bows, we'd cut the hair of one, and screw the other too loose. She was also going to put marbles in random peoples' rooms.
Alicia loved pranks. She was planning to put raisins in Ems' milk and set Mom's mouse speed way too fast. This is going to be soooo fun.
When we went to shop for our supplies, I got ketchup and a bag of salt for Sophie, two plastic violins with their bows and some fake cockroaches, several bags of marbles, and a set of acrylic paints for Hilary. I only needed a packet of raisins. Alicia told me to put naan bread on top of the supplies to hide what we were getting. I followed her advice.
I saw Isabelle and Theo in the syrup and cereal section. Isabelle wanted to share the fake cockroaches. I noticed the syrup and added some extra soap and wheat squares to my basket. Eddy will be dead by the time we all play our pranks! For the first time, Alicia smiled at the thought. From the corner of my eyes I saw Ray buy ten alarm clocks and snakes. I better watch out for the cupboards when it's his day! Then I saw Brett buy tons of makeup supplies. What on earth? Is he planning to put makeup on someone? Emerson was in the baking supplies section. Eddy was looking for liquid glue and buying new packets of pens. I got my own set of pens for good measure. Isabelle and Theo, then Ray, then Mom and Ems, then Brett and Eddy, then us. The rest of the pack members just wanted to see our grand spectacle.
When we got home, I brought our supplies to the Beta's office. I also gave them some of my pens and soap. They didn't understand why but I told them they would need the soap for tomorrow. Confused, they accepted the soap and pens. We got to work with the violins. They were the only ones that needed pre-prank work.
Hilary cut one in half. Alicia winced. I grabbed some of the fake cockroaches and stuffed it inside one half of the violin. Sophie put marbles in the other half. We carefully put it in the plastic case and took one of the bows. We snipped the hairs and put it inside as well. Sophie opened the acrylic paints and we began painting the second violin. Let's just say it looks horrendous. Then we inflicted a bunch of scratches on it. We loosened up the hair of the last bow so that it literally separated, then put violin and bow in the case and zipped it up. Sophie hid these sacrileges in her office while I took my supplies and hid them in my room. I took the fake cockroaches and gave some to Belle. I also distributed the pens and soap (except to Belle and Theo because I knew they were messing with the soap) to the pack members. They were really puzzled but I insisted that they take it. So they did.
The next morning
I casually walked downstairs for breakfast alone, as my family went without me. I have no clue why. I did my usual stuff and pocketed my soap. As I sauntered downstairs, Sophie and Hilary were smirking at me. We're grateful for the soap, they minlinked me. Brett's hands were covered with syrup. I snickered. He turned on the water, making the tap sticky, while Belle and Theo laughed so hard. I brought out my own soap to wash my hands. Belle's smile was wiped off. Theo said something in her ear, to which she calmed down. Their prank was over. I casually grabbed my own store of cereal while Mom and Ems took the cereal that had likely been tampered with. After pouring it out, everyone shrieked, especially Eddy. Inside there were fake cockroaches, ants, flies, spiders, and some cereal. I rolled my eyes and poured some of my own untampered cereal. Belle facepalmed.
The rest of the day went uneventfully until I noticed a balloon at the top of my door. I observed its mechanism for a few minutes. I concluded that when I closed the door, the contents would spill out since when I closed it, it would be poked by a pencil taped nearby. I'm guessing it's Belle. I quietly removed the balloon, untied it, and emptied it, which had syrup inside. I took another balloon and filled it with some of her messed up cereal, syrup from the previous balloon, and added soap. I taped it in their room. I also put some tape on the balloon, right where it would be poked by a pencil I taped on the wall. Belle and Theo had gone to the garden to plant some kale and cabbage. Wait, cabbage! IntErEsTiNg! I'll add this to my repetoire of perfect pitch powers! (a/n: for the cabbage, check the video at the top!)
I laid down on my bed and decided to wait.
Belle and Theo came back and walked into their room. They wouldn't be able to hear the balloon burst but they- My thoughts were cut short when Belle and Theo yelped. I stayed in my room. "Lex, you aren't supposed to prank today! Plus how did you know we were going to do those pranks!?" she shouted. "I saw your supplies. I covered mine with bread and hid them as soon as we got back. Never let them see what you're planning." I shouted back. "It is a valuable skill to have."
