Terra sat on her couch the next day watching T.V and eating a bag of cheetos when a sudden thought crossed her mind.

"What happens when I set her free? What will happen to her?" But what Terra didn't think before was the sole reason she was caged in invisible chains in the first place. It was because she wanted to, she wanted this to happen, and Terra granted her that want.

"I am the one keeping her in this chain, I am the one who is forcing her even though she wanted this in the first place. I am the one who put her in this situation and I am the one who is going to set her free whether she wants it or not."

We are going to set her free no matter what.

Terra sighed and shut off the television before rubbing her temples doing a bunch of breathing techniques until a knock was heard at her door.

Terra frowned before getting up and opening the door to see a tall man with black hair and pitch black eyes. He had a scar on his left cheek and an eyebrow piercing on his right eyebrow.

"Something wrong?" Terra questioned when he just stood there staring at her. He quickly cleared his throat and bowed slightly before introducing himself.

"Apologies miss, my name is Terrence and I am here on behalf of The order. There was a report of someone with white hair spotted in this area not to long ago and I wanted to come check myself if there was something wrong."

Wrong?

White hair?

" If you are speaking of that Pillar then you can leave, I've been the only one here since forever. You are welcome to have a look through the forest though, I ain't stopping you." Terra suggested with an eyebrow raised which made the man straighten his posture almost immediately.

"My apologies miss! I am not familiar with this area so if I could bother you to be my tour guide so to speak" The man suggested which made Terra let out a 'tch' in annoyance.

He's lying.

"Very well, let me get changed." Terra said, allowing him into her home before shutting the door.

"Want some water?" Terra asked to which the man nodded his head. "Alrighty then" Terra shrugged before indicating where the cups were with her head.

"Cups are in there, use the fridge. Oh and don't touch anything because believe me I'll know."

Terra warned before turning around and heading upstairs.

The man did as he was told and got the cup from where Terra said before going to the fridge to get a water jug that filtered the water before going to the couch and sitting down.

After a couple minutes Terra came down with her black cargo pants and long sleeve red shirt. She then walked over to her combat boots and putting them on before grabbing her keys.

The man placed the cup in the sink before following her out to the front porch.

"Where do you want to go first?" She asked with a bored expression to which the man pointed in a random direction.

Terra huffed and started walking, not waiting for him to say or ask anything.

Once they were deep in the forest the man asked her to stop. Terra took a deep breath before turning around to see the man standing not too far from her with his hands in the pockets of his long coat. His skin tight black shirt and black jeans accompanying the look.

"Speak" Terra demanded which made the mans eyes flicker with intimidation at her presence but quickly covered it up with a cough to clear his throat.

"You know at first I never thought you were real but now that I look at you I can see it. I can see how strong you are so tell me Terra why are you hiding?" He asked.

Terra scoffed and walked closer to the man hoping that he would stay in place and prove to her that he wasn't afraid.

Much to her dismay, the man took a small step back which ment he was afraid, that he was intimidated.

"Tell me Terrence, if you were being hunted but still had people to protect and people to care about wouldn't you do the same?" Terra questioned, her gaze calm and calculated.

The man nodded which made Terra stop dead in her tracks.

Interesting, very interesting indeed.

"Then we are in agreement. Shall we continue? I have much of the forest to show you yet." Terra said with a sweet tone and a fake smile.

The man scowled as Terra turned her back on him. He reached into his pocket and took out a steel dagger.

Big mistake.

The man threw the dagger with great speed that most people would not be able to gather up the courage to stop it let alone try to. He then lunged at Terra right after so that he could finish his job quickly but he was mistaken.

Terra stopped and watched as the dagger flew past her head that she tilted out of the way. Once that was dealt with she kept her ears open, everything happening in slow motion as her hearing picked up how close he truly was. Once she heard that he was close enough, how far his breathing was and how far his right foot planted on the ground was, she shifted her weight onto her left leg. Bringing her arms up into a fighting position and bending her left leg, she swiftly whipped around and lifted her right leg. Her eyes landed on his as she turned to see them widening before her foot came in contact with his right cheek.

He fell to his left and struggled to get up, wiping the blood that came dripping from the right corner of his mouth. He smirked, pleased with her move.

"Let that be a warning" Terra spat, readying herself once more to which he pointed a gun at her.

Terra was the one to smirk this time, realizing that she had nowhere to run. She stood there, staring at him with her empty look, placing her arms down to her sides, relaxing her body.

"I really hate to do this so soon but all heros have to fall at some point in their lives dont they?" Terrence said in a mocking tone which made Terra smirk once more.

"Your right" was all she replied with before he fired, the blazing steel bullet aiming right for her head, raging towards her.

I'm ready.

Its time to set you free.
