"Mommy!" The little girl shouted as she made her way down the steps and into Olympia's arms. Olympia chuckled and spun her around, causing the little child to laugh.
"What are you up to Adara?" Olympia asked, placing the little girl down and patting her head.
The past week, Olympia hasn't left the little girls sight. Olympia decided to name her Adara, she dosent know why that name came to her but it did and thats what she named her.
"Auntie May and auntie Ann are taking me to get more clothes!" Adara said with a large bright smile. Olympia sighed before cracking a smile herself and crouching down to the little girls level.
"You be good for them okay sweetie" Olympia softly demanded, making the little girl nod her head. "Oh and remember to say thank you" Olympia reminded which made Adara smile and nod once more.
Olympia looked up to see Ann and May walking down the stairs, Ann was yawning while May looked at her with a bored expression.
Olympia stood up and approached the two women before crossing her arms.
"Good morning captain!" Ann greeted with a salute, making Olympia roll her eyes.
"Be safe out there you guys and please don't leave her alone" Olympia demanded before turning to Adara.
"Be safe okay?" She said, giving the girl a hug and a kiss on the forehead before sending the three of them off.
Once they were out the doors Olympia turned to the people she was once having a conversation with and apologized. They forgave her and asked her to speak in her office about some Order activity around her house which undoubtedly got Olympia concerned.
She sat down in her office chair and looked at the photos of a man in a black cloak, he had glasses and a beard. He looked as if he was a tall man however he didn't look like too young of a man.
They talked for a solid hour or so, talking about the latest activities and the recent passing of those who were last seen with the Order.
"Keep all scouts inside" Olympia ordered with a sigh as she got up from her chair. Those she was speaking to looked at her in confusion. "Forgive me, your grace but we don't fully understand what it is your thinking. By keeping the scouts indoors the house will be unprotected and the chances of your people getting hurt are much greater" The man commented.
Olympia cracked her neck while heading to the door.
"I will be replacing all scouts until further notice. Keep everyone inside until I return, while I am out the rest of your group of scouts as well as the others will join in with those who are guarding the perimeter of the house to make sure nobody comes in, and nobody goes out am I understood?" Olympia commanded, making the people in the room bow to her.
She nodded and made her way out the door only to be greeted by the screeching of her daughter. Olympia snapped her head in the direction of the noise and noticed Adara gunning it to her.
Olympia chuckled and crouched down with her arms open wide while Adara sprinted in her direction.
"Mommy!" The girl shouted as she jumped into Olympia's arms and nuzzled her head in Olympia's neck.
"Hello to you too sweetie! How was it?" Olympia questioned, a small smile gracing her features. The little girl looked at Olympia and beamed in happiness which signified that she had a great time.
Ann and May soon appeared, sweat dripping from their foreheads with hard, heavy breaths. Olympia bellowed a laugh and walked over to the two who looked as if they had just ran a marathon.
"Was she good?" Olympia asked to which May nodded all while catching her breath. "Good" Olympia cheerfully said before kissing her daughters cheek.
"Now Adara" Olympia started, placing her daughter on the floor which made her pout and hold her arms out. Olympia shook her head and crouched down to the green haired child. "Mommy has some work to do but I promise when I get back we can do whatever you want alright?" Olympia said, waiting for the child to answer.
The child started to tear up, making Olympia panic thinking she did something wrong.
"You're coming back right?" The child asked, "right?" She asked once more which made Olympia almost tear up. She knew that the child sometimes had nightmares and that she hated being left alone so she would always ask that when someone was going somewhere.
"I promise that no matter what, I'll always come back so just wait for me" Olympia said with a smile. She stood up upon hearing the footsteps of a group of people or more specifically, the scouts.
"Join the guards, I'll be back before long" Olympia stated, looking at Ann, May and Adara before running out the door.
"Aww and I though we were going to hang out today!" Terrence said, coming down the steps with Ross as Ross tapped his back while trying to hold back a laugh. Ann picked up the child and walked over to the boys.
"Uncle Terrence, Uncle Ross!" The tiny human shouted while holding her arms out for one of them to take her.
"Mommy's coming back right?" Adara questioned, a worried and fearful expression painting her once bright face. Ths boys Chuckled and affirmed that Olympia was indeed going to return which made the girl smile.
Olympia was stationed in a tree that was near her house and was positioned in a way that she would be able to see if anyone strange was approaching.
It was rather boring at first until she heard a subtle snap of a branch a few meters away from her. She whipped her head in that direction and tried focusing on the noise but something was telling her that something was wrong.
She saw someone from afar and noticed that he was heading in the direction of the house. She was about to confront him but what she didn't see at first was a group of men and women in Order uniform charging slowly and carefully through the forest.
Olympia's heart started beating faster and faster with each step the group made. She knew she could take them all on but she didn't know how to control her other sides perfectly if things got out of control, as much as she hated to admit it. She also couldn't risk people escaping towards the house if she happened to be caught up. She decided to head back to her house and get everyone to safety before dealing with this large group.
Adara, Terrence and the sibling were playing in the front lobby after watching a bunch of kids shows for Adara until Olympia busted through the doors in a hurry. All of them instantly looked up and saw Olympia briskly walking towards the group and picking up Adara, giving her a tight hug.
Those who were guarding the front of the house came rushing inside, Olympia barking at them to get everybody out of the house and into the training field.
Terrence asked Olympia what was wrong to which she kissed her daughters forehead and gently gave her to Terrence.
"Take her and get everyone you see to safety, I'll handle the rest" she demanded, turning her attention to the guards commanding officer.
"Go" she said before looking at her daughter once more and running upstairs to her room.
Olympia had to really restrain herself from turning around and leaving with her daughter when she heard her crying for her but she had to resist so that everyone could be safe.
She ran to her dressing room and got changed into training outfit only this time in darker colors and without the crop hoodie. Instead she ditched the hoodie and went with a navy blue cloak.
She looked out the window and saw how the group were inching their way closer. She saw how some stayed behind and hid in the bushes with an array of long range weapons while the rest of the group made their way to the gates.
Olympia took a deep breath and felt a small sting in her eyes meaning that her eyes were now changed to black and yellow.
"Lets make this quick" she said, walking out the door to face whatever was in store for her.
