Olympia was in her room, still reminiscing about Karice and what type of person she was when she was alive.
At first Olympia was upset to say the least but after some consideration she realized that if Karice didn't tell anyone about what they spoke about then that means Olympia no longer had to put up with The Order.
*knock knock*
"Come in" Olympia said, an empty tone to her voice much like it always was.
"Good morning" her aunt said, bowing a little. Olympia didn't feel the need to correct her aunt so she just nodded and returned back into her mind. Her aunt sighed and sat beside her on the bed, placing a hand on her shoulder.
"Why do they hate us?" Olympia asked, making her aunt tilt her head to the side just a bit.
"Us?" Aunt rose questioned. "People who don't want to be led in justice. People who want to have a happy life? Why is it that people have such a hard time believing that not everyone wants to be the same. Different is good even if its not evident on the outside." Olympia said, a hint of anger and disappointment present.
Aunt rose didn't know how to answer that, how do you answer that? How does someone answer something that even they don't know themselves.
"Apologies. I didn't mean to be so depressing, I should go take a shower. You should take your leave." Olympia stated, getting up after patting her aunts shoulder.
Aunt Rose knew what Olympia was upset about. It wasn't about her, it was about them even if she included herself in her sentences. She may not show it but Olympia is still just a hurting child, she is still grieving over the loss of her parents. She is still grieving over the fact that she couldn't do anything for those who were suffering.
She is still grieving about the loss of her own life.
Aunt rose got up from the bed and walked over to the door, softly closing it as she exited.
After her shower, Olympia changed into her nightgown and headed for bed. The feeling of the silk sheets touching her body as she slid into bed. She rested her head on her pillow and looked up at the ceiling with a sigh before closing her eyes and falling asleep.
"Hey"
Olympia heard through the darkness that was her mind. She hummed, waiting for another noise.
"Hey wake up!" She heard once more, making her jolt up. Her eyes were in a blur, a mix of pinks and blues all around her, making her panic. She rubbed her eyes, clearing her vision only to see that she was in a field of bright red and blue flowers.
She began looking around to see if she could see anyone and she did but who she saw was not who she expected.
"Your back!" The little girl said, her bright green hair and pitch black eyes submerged in pure joy.
"What?" Olympia said in a calm tone, one she was not familiar with. The little girl then ran up to Olympia and took hold of her hand.
"I thought you left" the little girl said as tears fell from her face. Olympia was confused to say the least.
Who was this girl?
How did she know you?
How did YOU know her?
You were about to ask her when everything turned dark, making you frown.
"Hey kid!" Olympia shouted in an attempt to find the little girl.
She tried looking through the darkness to see if she could find the little girl but to no avail.
