third person.

"get up"

"no"

"i know it hurts babe, but you have to get up"

"i don't want to"

both paislee and darcy were standing over arianna as she laid in her bed. the two had spare keys to her house, and after barely hearing from the girl the two decided to use them.

"ari, you've barely left your apartment" paislee pointed out. "i think the only time you've left has been for your road test"

"which you passed by the way!" darcy mentioned. "we should be celebrating right now!"

"it's kind of hard to celebrate something when the person you really want here definitely will not be" arianna sighed before he eye's widened. "sorry, it's not that i'm ungrateful for you guys because i love and appreciate you both it's just—"

"you don't have to apologize ari, we know it's hard right now" paislee told her.

"but come on, we really need you to get up and moving" darcy told her. "it's really worrying me that haven't even made an effort in it"

arianna shrugged, "i can't"

"you can, you just haven't tried" darcy pushed.

"i have tried! it just sucks, because every time i get up i see him" arianna voiced.

"i get it, you see all the good ti—"

"no i mean i actually see him" arianna interrupted paislee. "i have pictures of him like all over the place and my entire social media is like dedicated to him, because all the fans just think we're best friends so they don't even know this is happening"

"they just keep tagging me in everything and it makes it all just so much worse"

"then stop looking" darcy said.

"oh wow thanks darcy, why didn't i think of that" arianna sarcastically replied. "i did, i deleted like all of my social media, doesn't mean i don't know it's there and that it fixes the fact that i just broke up with my boyfriend"

"ari it was time" paislee told her. "you guys have been at odds for a while now"

"it was only a matter of time before one of you cracked and it's a good thing it ended when it did" darcy continued.

"it doesn't make it hurt any less" arianna told them as tears started welling in her eyes.

"i know ari, but—"

before paislee could finish, arianna's phone had gone off showing she had a text.

"are you going to answer that?" paislee asked.

"no, it's probably just zach or one of the boys doing their daily check in" arianna shrugged.

"answer it" darcy shoved arianna's phone into the girl's hand. "those boys have been bothering us nonstop because they are worried about you please just answer them"

arianna sighed and opened up her phone to answer one of the boys, only thing was... it wasn't the boys. what she came across was way worse than that.

arianna immediately started crying as she stared at the picture she was sent confusing both darcy and paislee.

"what's wrong? why are you crying?" paislee asked.

"it's not the boys" arianna's voice cracked as she handed the two girls the phone.

once they grabbed the phone they instantly understood why she was crying.

it was a picture of corbyn working in the studio... with ellie. ellie had sent it to arianna saying 'how cute is he? i can't believe he's mine'. after that text ellie had sent another saying 'oops sorry wrong person!!'.

"she said he was hers" arianna cried. "does that mean he's dating her now?"

"i doubt that he'd do that after everything" paislee reasoned. "i don't even think he likes her like that"

"i mean he was awfully close to her during their relationship so who's to say" darcy stared at the photo as paislee hit her. "ow! what? i'm just giving my opinion!"

"well stop because it's wrong" paislee commented before turning to arianna who was still crying.

"i didn't think he would do something like that" arianna cried.

"i don't think he did, she could be lying" paislee shrugged.

"he's right the—"

"darcy shut up" paislee glared at her before turning back to arianna. "what are you feeling right now?"

"sad and a little bit angry honestly" arianna said.

paislee nodded before she got an idea. "write it"

"what?"

"write how you're feeling and turn it into a song"

"pais—"

"no i'm serious" paislee interrupted as she grabbed the girl's songbook and handed it to her. "you need at least one song for your label, thankfully they gave you an extension due to all of this, and you need some sort of way to let your emotions out. kill two birds with one stone"

"yeah i agree, this'll be good for you" darcy told her.

arianna sighed knowing they weren't going to let it go, so she sat up and started to come up with things.

"i got my drivers license last week, just like we always talked about. you were so excited for me, to finally drive up to your house. but today i drove through suburbs crying 'cause you weren't around" arianna thought about how corbyn would beg her to learn how to drive so she could drive to his house instead of him having to drive her back and forth all the time. he loved it, but he thought about how great it would be if she was able to do it herself. so once arianna had gotten her license she drove past a few streets and cried as she passed by because corbyn wasn't there.

"you're probably with that blonde girl who always doubt. she's everything i'm insecure about" no matter how much arianna hated ellie, she couldn't lie and say the girl wasn't pretty. she was perfect and that's what made things so much harder for arianna. why would corbyn pass up his chances with a pretty blonde for a girl with nappy hair and thick braids. even if she didn't know for sure that he was dating ellie, the picture ellie sent definitely made things seem as if they were together.

"and i know we weren't perfect, but i've never felt this way for no one. and i just can't imagine, how you could be so okay now that i'm gone" arianna thought about all the fights, they days without speaking, the struggle to get back to where they once were. they were in no way the perfect couple, but he was perfect to her. she loved him more than anything and now they didn't have that. even if he wasn't dating ellie, the mere fact that he was just chilling in the studio with her showed he was in some way okay, while arianna hadn't moved out of her bed in forever.

"and i don't believe you when you say i did nothing wrong" deep down she knew it wasn't her fault, but she couldn't help but think she had something to do with their downfall. was she not paying enough attention to him? was she working too much? did she not show him enough love? was she being too clingy as he had mentioned? was she just not good enough for him?

"guess you didn't mean what you wrote in that song about me. 'cause you said forever now i drive alone past your street" one time during one of the highlights of their relationship, corbyn had written a really foolish song about how he and arianna were going to last forever which made arianna smile like no other. she really did believe they were forever.
