I opened my eyes, it was fairly dark except for a light shining, which was the bathroom light. I felt that Vic has left my side, and he was no longer there. I moved my hand throughout the covers, looking for my phone to check the time. After a minute of moving my hand around, I found it. I turned it on, the phone probably on one hundred percent brightness and blinding my eyes momentarily. My eyes took a minute to adjust to the time, 3:18 am.

Where did Vic go? I wondered, Probably to the bathroom.. that's why the lights on.

After about five minutes going by, I started to worry if Vic was okay. I moved my sheets out of the way and stepped out of the bunk, making my way to the bathroom. I heard a faint crying from the barely opened door. I did a slight knock.

"Vic?" I whispered. Then I heard shuffling of paper or something of that nature, knowing Vic (or whoever it could be) was ignoring me. I pushed open the door, where I saw Vic on the floor shuffilng around trash, his tear stained cheeks sparkling light.

"What.. what are you doing?" I asked.

"N-no, Jaime, g-go," Vic replied. It only took me a few seconds to process that Vic was drunk from the way he talked and how thre beer odor attacked my nose.

"Vic, you're drunk and on the floor shuffling trash, grab my hand and lets go back to bed," I suggested, extending my arm out to him.

He denied my suggestion with a slight nod, my arm returning back to my side with disappointment. Thats when something caught my eye. Something shiny. I bent down on the floor and shuffled through the trash myself.

"No!" Vic yelled, almost loud enough to wake the others up. He threw my hands out of the trash and began putting it back in the bin. He was sobbing while doing it.

"What's wrong?!" I asked. Vic just continued sobbing, tears coming out of his eyes continously like a waterfall.

I looked into the bin where there was a razor, maybe too, not enough for me to process for my eyes began to water like Vic's.

"Why?" I asked, not even needing proof that Vic did anything to himself.

Vic was inable to breathe properly from all his crying and he put his head into my chest as I began hugging him. Blood from his arm bled onto me.

"Vic, calm down, please explain why you broke our important promise," I said, trying to hold back anymore tears that were desperately waiting to fall out.

Vic shooked his head in my chest in response, probably inable to explain with the three and a half empty beer bottles behind him.

I wanted to be mad at him but at the same time I couldn't because I loved him.

Tomorrow he's going to have a very long explanation on why he broke our promise.

I took Vic in my arms and tucked him back into bed, laying him on his side just in case, you know, he throws up. I went back to the bathroom and took the four beer bottles to the kitchen, putting them in a green recycling bin. I looked up through the window seeing the starry sky and all I could wonder was, Why would Vic do this?

A/N: Sorry for a short & crappy update, I'm really busy. Dramatic ending to this chapter if I do say so myself. I'm not responsible for any feels though </3 (ok maybe just a few).
