Chapter 2

The party was in full swing as we arrived. I knew Seonghwa's family were well off but I didn't expect his house to be this big. It was also extremely busy.

We walked straight through the open door and went to find out where the beverages were. Hyejin stopped a guy she must have known. He looked slightly familiar. I'm sure I had seen him somewhere before.

"Hey San, do you know where the drinks are?" Ahh right! I knew who he was as soon as his name came out of Hyejin's mouth. San is at college studying dance and is very popular among all of the students. I have seen him in a practice room before and he is truly amazing. He looks like he is going to break his neck as he dances with all that power he has. However, right now he looks the total opposite of when he dances. He looks quite innocent.

"Follow me. I will show you." He grinned at the two of us and we followed him to the kitchen where the drinks were.

"What would you like?" San asked the two of us.

"Can I have a beer? Any kind of beer will do." Hyejin asked. San nodded then looked over to me.

"Urm, could I have a Malibu and coke please?" I asked a bit too quietly and he must not have caught what I said as he began to come closer to me. Really close actually!

"Sorry, what did you say you wanted? I couldn't hear you." He asked innocently.

"Malibu and coke please." I know he probably didn't mean to get so close without realising that I wasn't comfortable but I am not used to close contact with people I barely know.

San moved away. "One beer and one Malibu coke coming right up." He shouted over the other people's voices.

Hyejin and I waited for San to make our drinks and just spoke to each other. "He was so close to me." I mumbled into Hyejin's ear.

"Don't think or worry too much about it. San is someone who likes being close to others. He probably didn't realise that you weren't comfortable with it. He would never do anything to hurt anyone." Hyejin giggled as she spoke. She was probably laughing at my shyness. She always found it amusing.

"You seem to know him quite well." I replied.

"We have known each other for years. We aren't that close but we talk occasionally." I nodded, understanding what she was saying.

San came back with our drinks and handed them to us. He then wrapped his arm around our shoulders, making me flinch a little bit but I calmed down thinking about what Hyejin said about San. He will not hurt me!

"Let's go outside!" San grinned and took the two of us out of the house and into the garden. As we went outside, I was in shock. This garden is massive. It had everything you would want in a garden. It had a huge pool, a hot tub and a huge field with goals to play football/soccer with. I could also see a trampoline further away too. Wow, this place is insane.

San walked us over to two guys. I knew one of them as Yeosang. He worked at the café with me so I knew him quite well but I didn't know the person next to him.

"Girls, this is Yeosang and Wooyoung. Guys this is y/n and Hyejin. I have known Hyejin for a while but y/n is my new friend." It made me smile when he said 'new friend'. I am friendly with everyone I meet but I don't really have many that you would call friends.
