Chapter 51

"It was what y/n? We didn't quite hear you." Seonghwa asked. Something in their reactions told me that they heard me but just wanted to be sure that they heard the right thing.

"Me." I squeaked. "I did it t-to myself." I stuttered again, feeling a little bit of panic emerge. Yunho then brought me into his embrace and lightly patted my back.

Yunho tried to cover the shock from his face by asking if it is alright.

"It's fine. I just forgot to apply a bandage this morning." Seonghwa didn't look convinced and his eyes were full of concern.

I then began rushing an explanation. "I-I didn't mean to. It just happened. Byeongho came to my parents house while I was visiting my brothers and while my parents were away. H-he wanted me back. I said that I don't want him back. Then, I slammed the door on him. I started stressing out and getting anxious but I didn't know that I was clenching my fists so hard and my nails just dug in."

I then paused and looked over at the two. They both looked concerned now.

"It's ok though because it was an accident. It was only my nails so it didn't hurt too much." As I finished speaking, Seonghwa gave me a hug.

"My brothers now think that I need help from a professional because of what I did but I..." I paused, thinking that I am going on and on about it.

"Sorry, I am talking too much. Let's forget about it." I mumbled.

"No y/n. It's absolutely fine. You need to let out your thoughts and feelings every so often. If you don't want to carry on, that is fine but we are here for you and you can tell us anything. We will always help you if you need anything." Yunho promised.

No one's PoV
After hearing about what y/n said about her siblings, Seonghwa and Yunho both thought that y/n could probably do with a bit of extra support but they didn't want to upset her or stress her out anymore. They knew that as long as she had her friends around her to help, that would be enough support for now.

Y/N decided to not carry on as the others began to come back to them.

Y/N's PoV
Wooyoung came bouncing straight over to me and squished me in his embrace. "You are soaking wet Wooyoung." I tried to shrug him off.

"How did you know baby?" He whispered in my ear making me blush. I looked over to Wooyoung who was smirking and then I looked over to the rest who were oblivious to the conversation going on.

"Want to go for dip in the sea?" Wooyoung asked me.

"Sure! Let's go!" I got up and ran ahead of Wooyoung.

"Bet you can't beat me!" I shouted while running. I looked behind to see Wooyoung begin to run so I turned to focus on the sea and sped up.

As I got about 10 meters from the sea, Wooyoung suddenly overtook me and won. I slowed down as he reached the water. As Wooyoung looked towards me, I gave him a look of disappointment at my loss but carried on walking towards him.

"It's ok angel. You might win next time!" Wooyoung gave me a peck on the lips which automatically made me brighten up. I held on to Wooyoung's hand and we both walked into the sea. It felt cool on my feet but I soon got used to it and we carried on going deeper. We stopped as it got to the top of my thighs.

Wooyoung suddenly splashed me, which turned into a water fight and then a physical fight of trying to push each other over.

"I'm going to win this time!" I kept pushing on him.

"How are you so strong?" Wooyoung asked in astonishment. We both stopped.

"My brothers used to make me work out with them so I could protect myself from any guy if I needed to." I then paused. "I guess with Byeongho; I was too scared to stick up to him because I knew he was a lot stronger than me. Even with my brothers teaching me workouts and ways of self-defence." As I finished distracting Wooyoung with the story, I pushed him one last time. He lost his balance making him fall back.

I threw my fist up in victory. "YES! I told you I would win this time."

Wooyoung then jumped on top of me, making me colapse into the water. As I emerged from the water, I rubbed my eyes to try and get rid of the salt water around my eyes and gave him a playful glare. It didn't last long as I pulled him into a hug and wrapped my legs around his waist.

We decided to go back to the others so Wooyoung carried me out of the water and over to them. Yunho and Mingi were the only ones there. I wonder where everyone else went.

Mingi must have read my mind as he answered "the others have gone to get an ice cream. They are getting you guys one too."

This made me grin. I love ice cream. I wonder if they know my favourite flavour.

Yunho seemed like he was in deep thought as he zoned out, looking at the sea. I hope he is alright! I might ask him how he is feeling later if he stays in this mood.

I thought that I should relax a bit so I lay down on my beach towel.

After a couple of minutes, the rest of the guys came back with ice cream. San passed me my ice cream. "How did you know that this is my favourite flavour?" I beamed.

"Because it is my favourite flavour too! I always remembered from when you told all of us." He grinned.

Oh right. I did tell them all when we first met. I began licking my ice cream, feeling overjoyed with the taste of it.

As I finished, everyone began playing in the sand but Yunho came over to me.

"Is it alright if we talk about something when you are free y/n?" Yunho asked me in a hushed tone making sure none of the others heard.

"We can go and talk now if you want to." I answered back, wondering what was on Yunho's mind. He seemed worried about something. 

Yunho nodded and we walked over to the steps to sit on them. "Is everything alright?" I asked him.

"It's been on my mind for a while now and I have been debating on telling you but I need to tell you otherwise, the guilt will eat me up." Yunho hesitated.

Sorry this is so late! I have had such a busy month! I have been on holiday then back at work but then I have spent the last 3 weekends in London as well so it has been hectic xx
