Sleeply Gas

3rd Person
Barry sat in his bed, exhausted after a long day of crime fighting. He was late to work and spilt coffee on him so overall it was a pretty bad day.

"Oh hi Spencer." Barry said while the little orange cat pawed on his arm.

"Meow" the cat called. Barry then realizes he hasn't feed him dinner yet.

"Oh right." He says dragged himself out of bed and into the kitchen.

"Spencey wanna treat!" Barry asks in a babyish kind of tone.

After feeding the cat he walks back into his room and pulls on the covers when he gets into bed.

Without any time passes he falls asleep. But outside his door would be something not so fun to end off his really bad day.

I look through the window to make sure Barry was asleep. Seeing his breathing start to slow I make my way into the house stepping quietly and trying not to cause more noise than a cat would.

I open the bedroom door and threw a capsule filled with my own special gas. It lands quietly on the bed and starts to spew the gas out. I quickly put my mask on to make sure I'm safe.

I thought Barry would stay asleep the whole time but he suddenly woke up.

"What the-" the says looking around. He notices me and start to get up but is quickly taken out by the gas.

"Well, well Flash. I've got you now." I chuckle, taking him and throwing him over my shoulder I make my way out.

Meanwhile at Star Labs
"Ugh where's Barry? He said he would come tonight. I just really want to watch Paul Blart Mall Cop." Cisco whines and Caitlin just shakes her head.

"I mean what can we do. You know Barrys is always late to things. But he is the Flash and should be here." Caitlin starts to think.

"Yeah, well let's just start it without him. Once he gets here we can start from the beginning and he can speed watch it. Then we can continue ." Cisco nods to himself while he makes his plan.

"That can work. Let's go." Caitlin agrees.

Barrys POV
I wake up to the smell of rotten fish. I see my surrounding and notice I'm in some sort of underground bunker. But it's dingy and old nothing new or advanced.

Great. This is just great. After having a crappy day I get kidnapped. I think to myself. But my thoughts are pulled away when I hear the sound of a door being opened and closed.

"I see your awake now Flash." The man said walking toward me with a stick.

"Where- you know I won't even waste my time. What do you need?" I ask already over it.

"Don't be rude. I want your speed and your going to give it to me." He says changes his voice to make him seem more intimidating.

"I can't just give you my speed. It doesn't work like that. So why don't you just let me go and I'll give you some serum that will give you speed." I say knowing if I get out I'll just put him in a cell. I couldn't risk anyone getting any sort of a velocity after trajectory.

"DON'T LIE TO ME." He shouts and punches me across the chin.

It hurt for a bit since my powers were damped.

"I'll be back soon. Don't go anywhere." The man smirked. I look down at the feet. The rope tied tightly around them and my hand behind me tied to the back of the chair I sat in. I sigh and get ready for a long while of waiting.

At Star Labs 3rd Person
"It's been 30 minutes and Barrys still not here should I call Joe?" Caitlin asks worried for her friend.

"Yeah. But at least we know he didn't go out as Flash because he's suits here. He should be fine." Cisco reply's.

A few minutes later Caitlin gets off the phone with a worried look on her face.

"Joe said he hasn't seen Barry in a bit. He only saw him at work." She sighs.

"I tried calling him but no answer." Cisco says. They both start to get pretty concerned.

Unknown location Barrys POV
"I'm back Barry." The man said walking back into the room.

"Can I get some food? If you want my speed I'll have to be healthy." I say trying to trick him. But being hungry wasn't a lie.

"Fine. But only if you agree to give me your speed." He says.

"Sure. You can have my speed." I lie with clear annoyance in my voice.

"Don't be like that or bad things will happen." The guy threatens.

A little while later the man brings in a sand which and bottle of water.

"Eat up."

"Hands." I lock eyes with him to make sure he sees me signal to my locked up hands behind my back.

"If you try anything I'll kill you." He says starting to untie the ropes. They burned very bad. He made some kind of meta rope instead of just meta cuffs.

"Thank you." I try to get him less angry.

"Don't."

Well isn't that just his favorite word.

Once both of my hands were untied I made my move. I threw my head into his knocking him over.

That hurt a lot.

After he stumbled for a few seconds I untie my feet fairly quick and use my speed to punch him repeatedly.

"Argh." He groaned once I stopped.

"Time to go." I was so tired but sped us back to Star Labs. I noticed where we were after I made my way out.

"He's still not picking up." Caitlin sighed.

"That's because he's right here." Cisco says shocked.

I stood in the doorway trying to catch my breath.

"Barry!" Caitlin shouted and she ran over to me.

"Ouch." I simply respond. My body was cramped even with speed healing.

"Sorry." She apologized.

"Where were you man?" Cisco asks.

"Long story. But simplified I was kidnapped in my own home by a crazy man. Got out. Took him in. And now I'm here." I try to make light of the situation by giving a laugh. But the two in front of me weren't in a laughing mood.

"Barry we were so scared." Caitlin starts to say with tears coming out of her eyes.

"I'm glad you back." She hugs me again.

"I'm glad to be back too. Now how much of the movie have you two gone through." I smile.

"Not too long." Cisco reply's.

"Oh I know. I just watched it. Let's continue". I smirk.

Cisco was shocked.

"What I'm a speedster it's what I do." We all laugh together.

This day may have been the worst but I know my friends will always be there to make it better.
