The team were running, trying to escape the minions' grip. One of them grabbed Myles leg tripping him over and landing on his stomach making a loud thud.
"Ouch," Myles groaned, trying to get back up. His friends halted after hearing a loud thud and turned around to find Myles on the ground being attacked by minions.
"Viper, are you ok?!" Nyra asked throwing lighting balls at the controlled people.
"Yeah, I'm ok," Myles said, dusting off his dark blue suit. "Thanks," Myles thanked.
Nyra nodded in response and they ran to their friends.
"How does it feel to get tripped by a minion?" Blake asked, laughing.
"Well, at least Nyra was a good friend and helped me up," Myles retorted.
"Whatever, it's not the time for fighting," Blake said.
"You mean arguing," Myles corrected.
"Same thing," Blake said.
"Yeah ok, do any of you guys know where Illusion Master is?" Myles asked.
"I haven't seen any acti- BOOM! never mind I think I know where he is," Echo said while a loud crashing sound interrupted her sentence.
"Good, now how are we going to beat him?" Blake asked.
"Well, by using our powers, obviously," Riker said. The team stopped and looked at Riker, making a duhh face. "What? Your the one who asked?" Riker said, shrugging.
"Nothing, let's just go," Blake said. BOOM! They heard another loud crashing noise and headed toward that direction.
"Blake you're going to use your power to distract him, Echo you turn invisible and go behind him and cover his eyes, Nyra you can turn off the power, and I guess Riker and I can hold off the minions," Myles explained.
"Are you our team leader now?" Riker asked, crossing his arms.
"That doesn't sound like a bad idea," Myles said, thinking about it.
"No one is going to play team leader ok we are all one team," Echo said.
"I agree," Nyra and Blake said in unison.
"Can we at least take turns being team leaders?" Myles asked.
"No!" Blake, Echo, and Nyra shouted.
"You guys are boring," Myles whined.
"We don't have time for this, we really have to get going," Blake said.
"Yeah, we do also thanks Myles for that idea," Nyra said.
"Yeah, your welcome," Myles said. "This is why I should be team leader," he muttered to himself, making sure no one heard.
BOOM!!
"Another loud crash that's like the second one this day," Riker said.
"Actually, it's the third crash," Nyra corrected.
"Yeah, ok," Riker said.
"We've been standing here for 10 minutes doing nothing we have to go!" Echo exclaimed.
"I know, but what if another repeat happens?" Blake asked.
"Trust me, there will not be another repeat," Echo assured. "We made a plan and this time I promise you we will get Illusion Master," Echo said, putting her pinky up.
"Pinky promise?" Blake asked.
"Pinky promise," Echo said. They interlocked pinkies and nodded that meant we got this.
"Alright guys lets go," Blake said.
"Yeah!" Riker yelled, throwing his fist in the air.
"That was a little extra, don't you think?" Myles asked.
"Nah," Riker said.
"Can we go already instead of standing here?" Echo asked, crossing her arms.
"Someone's a little impatient," Riker muttered.
"I heard that! And yes, I am a little impatient because we have a job to do and yet we're just standing here," Echo said.
"Ok ok lets go then," Blake said.
"Finally," Echo muttered and started heading where the loud crashing noises were.
