𝐁𝐋𝐔𝐄𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐘.
that night, rosé discovered that she wasn't the best at ballroom dancing.she decided she would just stick to ballet and occasional contemporary (she sporadically practiced in the abandoned ballet studio down the street from her house. just every once in a while, as a hobby, when she got in a rut with her guitar or songwriting.)
it wasn't a big deal that she sucked, because all four of them were noobs at ballroom dancing. lisa was the most experienced, because she explained she would dance along to the ballroom scenes of princess movies in her bedroom when she was younger.
let's just say that their feet were all bruised up and sprained by the time they finally collapsed onto the floor, energy burnt to a wisp, and threw off their tight ass shoes. it was probably around midnight, but they couldn't know for sure, because all the clocks were frozen.
the clock in the grand closet read 8:00, but again, it had always read 8:00.
"when do you think we'll be able to pretend until?" rosé suddenly said, her hands on lisa's shoulders as they waltzed around the ballroom.
jennie and jisoo were in their own world on the other side of the gigantic room, giggling about something while showcasing their "cool dance moves" to each other.
lisa didn't answer and just pulled her into a hug, inhaling the moment, so it filled her lungs to its utmost capacity.
dust, rose water perfume, peach perfume, blueberry lip gloss and all.
"i wish we could pretend forever," rosé continued, as she nuzzled her head into lisa's shoulder.
the mint chocolate (as rosé liked to call it) haired girl stroked her friend's ginger locks that were braided and tied into an elegant half up, and replied, "me too." although she didn't really know what rosé meant by pretending. but she wished they could be together, the four of them, like this, forever.
