"Back so soon?" Doyoung asked as the pair entered the diner, a smirk on his face. His eyes were focused on their laced hands and Renjun knew that Doyoung wasn't oblivious to what was going on.

Renjun had to admit, Haechan's words stung, a lot. Not because they hurt but because they were true.

I do normally talk out my problems, Renjun thought. But I didn't do that this time.

"Unfortunately." Jieun replied, making Renjun remember where he was.

"I believe there's someone waiting for you." Doyoung said, motioning to a booth.

Jieun was confused but Renjun knew exactly what Doyoung was referring to. The black leather jackets were a hint though, and Renjun felt the girl's eyes on him.

Renjun made his way over, bringing Jieun along with him. As the approached the table, the couple glanced up, staring at the two.

"Jieun, this is Jiayi, my older sister that I told you about. And this is her boyfriend, Winwin." Renjun said, introducing the girl. "This is Doyoung hyung's cousin, Jieun."

Jiayi's eyes were on Renjun while Winwin's were on Jieun, a smirk on his face.

As much as Renjun wanted to wipe the smirk off his immature gege, the look of concern on Jiayi's face worried him more.

"Is everything alright?" Jiayi asked in Chinese, surprising Winwin and confusing Jieun.

"I'm fine. Let's sit." Renjun said, answering in Korean. Jieun gave him a look before nodding, sliding into the booth, the two of them opposite to the older couple.

"It's nice to meet you, Jieun." Jiayi said, smiling as she pushed the plate of fries over towards them. "They're a little cold but I promise you they're still good."

"Oh, I can heat them up." Jieun said, about to get up but Renjun stopped her.

"It's fine." Renjun said, giving her hand a squeeze. On the other hand, Winwin seemed a little shocked.

"You work here?" Winwin asked, making Jieun flustered.

"Yes, that's how I met Renjun." Jieun told them.

"Ah, I'm impressed. My brother's charming but I didn't think he was charming enough to pick up a pretty girl like you." Jiayi said, taking Renjun aback.

"Jiejie!" Renjun exclaimed, making them all giggle.

"What, am I wrong? Is Jieun here not pretty?" Jiayi asked, and Renjun was at a loss for words.

"Ah, he's embarrassed enough, give him a break." Winwin said, coming to Renjun's rescue. "But it's nice to meet you, Jieun."

"You two as well." Jieun said, smiling to the pair.

"I know we may seem scary with our jackets and all but you can be comfortable with us." Jiayi told the girl. "No need to worry, Winwin here can't even hurt a spider."

"Yah, that's a secret!" Winwin exclaimed and even Renjun couldn't help but smile even though he was already aware of the fact.

"Honestly I can't either so we're on the same page." Jieun admitted, making the others smile.

"Why are you two here anyways?" Renjun asked, knowing that it was rare for Jiayi and Winwin to leave the comfort of their own home.

"Taeil was too busy to cook." Winwin said with a sigh, checking the time on his phone. "We didn't want to starve, so we came by."

"Taeil, busy?" Renjun asked, a little surprised. Jiayi nodded.

"Taeyong called him to help out." Jiayi told him before turning to Jieun. "Sorry, this is all gang talk, must be boring."
