The whole week was full of self-doubt, which was shown with dark humor, maximum the full day. What was better than both, Hermione and you avoiding each other?. Her liking to Ron was strictly denied by Ginny. She explained how Hermione told her that she liked another person for the whole two years, which was actually the secret Ginny has to reveal. The person in the secret was totally you, but what if Hermione moved on?.

And there you are, in the room with the enemies, except for Adrian, sitting and talking out the plan given to the squad.

Apparently, Draco and his goons found the room of requirement, which only meant one thing.

-'We're so gonna get detention.'

The dark hallway that led to the Gryffindor dormitory wasn't crowded, it was in fact very late, if you were found by Snape or Filch you're dead.

But risking it all for their safety- for her safety- it's worth it.

-'Now, we have two Slytherins here. What a surprise. Where are you going?.'

Snape's monotone voice made your skin shiver, remembering all the times his eyes were on you, scaring the shit out of you. Adrian's eyes widened and he stood there trying to not panic. Good thing the stairway led to places other than Gryffindor common room, it would be too suspicious to be found in front of it.

Snape lifted his sleeves and grabbed both of you by your collars and dragged you to Umbridge's office. Little did he know that Umbridge 'loved' her squad, and didn't let any professors give the members detention, because of their scary and high reputation. Well, Harry won't be warned about the irruption tomorrow, so sad.

Just how you thought, Umbridge didn't even look at you two, sending you back to the common room, giving a few warnings and that was pretty much the whole story.

-'How should we warn them about tomorrow?.'

You had a thinking face, trying to come with one normal plan that didn't go to ashes. What could you do?.

-'It's impossible.'

-'Why?.'

The only thing heard afterwards was a sound of you clearing your throat, professionally, of course.

-'They will have their eyes on us, every member, no one will give us time to even look at Dumbledore's army. We're screwed. Not we, they are. I don't want to participate in this anymore.'

Adrian laughed, but seeing your serious face, he uncomfortably shivered and cleared his throat. You did too much for the Potter, it should be understanding that too much work is just waste of time.

-'Is it because Hermione rejected you?.'

-'I didn't even tell her that i like her! She was the one always clinging, she was jealous, she wanted to kiss me AND NOW SHE JUST LEFT ME LIKE THIS WONDERING WHY RONALD WEASLEY IS BETTER THAN ME AND WHY WAS I JUST USED FOR NOTHING-.'

It was going too far, so Adrian flicked his wand, the spell made you fall on your back and sleep right away.

The day was moody, Umbridge's speech about the next lesson was so boring, that even wondering why her hair looked like shit was amusing. Time flew fast, which meant it was getting closer and closer to the moment where Harry will be standing in Dumbledore's office and talking about that organization.

You reassured yourself that you didn't care if they get caught or not, if Hermione will be danger or not, but it was just a talk to yourself. Adrian didn't want to anger you more, because you were already walking in the hallways as if you could murder anyone anytime.
