Chapter 12 - Start of the third year

The warm wind of the summer was smashing on your face , the sun was setting down and building up expectations about the new school year.

Adrian and you grew up strongly this summer , surprising your best friend's parents. The height difference was a small gab between two Slytherins , you were just two or three centimeters smaller than Adrian.

     Adrian's house was a cool big building , not a mansion or manor , but still very comfortable place to stay in. The big doors which led to the pretty guest room , with a lot of fancy decorations. Adrian's room was right next to the one you were staying in , it was a guest room.

   The routine was simple , you two woke up whenever you wanted to , went down to eat meal and played outside some games. Maybe sometimes went outside and wandered in the streets talking about any topic.

  Sadly , this summer has come to an end. It was sad for Adrian , but you were excited to go to Hogwarts again and see a few faces which you missed. Maybe not a few , but one.

   Actually , Remus Lupin found a job of being a teacher at Hogwarts , Defense of the dark arts new professor. It was fun to think how he would mess with you , because you were his daughter. He knew your obsession about a certain witch , but thought nothing of it. But deep down you knew , that he would pair you up with her , for fun.

These thoughts were interrupted by Adrian and his family , they were friendly but when it came to his son , they were very aggressive. Adrian came up to your room and started talking about how his parents forced him to go to The Leaky Cauldron , in which you can rent some rooms. They had an idea of sending you and Adrian a day before.

-" And they already bought books? That's brilliant! We can enjoy our time there? What's wrong with that?."

Adrian had that look on his face , when you first fought. You could hear some whispers down in common room of the house. Maybe his parents were not happy with Adrian's friends coming over?.

-" Listen , it's awkward for me to get us out of the house right now. That's why i'm so mad , so i am not going to sit in my parents car," Adrian's parents had some genius muggle tools and things , which helped them with some things. " We are going to sneak with my room's window and walk there."

The sudden exchange of Adrian's words made you surprised and you frowned. The London streets were complex and messy , who knew what would happen without any grown-ups around.

-" That's so risky Adrian.-"

-" We risked so many times , what stops you now?!."

He was getting all your stuff in the trunk by the flick of his wand. He really wanted to get out of here and fast. Adrian got his trunk with yours in his room and started to step out of the window. He placed his foot down on the pipes and continued so. One of his foots slipped , but you had fast reaction and caught him in the air.

-"Stupid!."

You whisper-yelled and helped him down. When Adrian landed on the ground and showed you thumbs up , you got your wand and started to put a "vingardium leviosa" spell , in which both of the trunks were already on the ground.

The sudden movement on the stairs made you understand that Adrian's parents were near the door and would come in any minute. You had no time to act so you stepped out the window and got down as fast as you could. Slipping a few times , Adrian was down asking what was wrong , but when he heard his parent's talking , understood everything right away.

You almost got down , but slipped and fell. The situation was tense , so you made no whimper or yell. Both yours and Adrian's clothes were filthy now , but there was no time.
