Students with Gryffindor robes were waving their hands to the team members down on the ground, Gryffindor tryouts starting already. The weather was terrible, causing you and Adrian to wear something warm. It was the Gryffindors tryouts, but you two sneaked in to watch who would do better in there.

-'That Weasel ginger is trying out? I bet he will face the ground with dirt in his mouth. Just watch.'

You wheezed, waving your hand to get the annoying fly near you. It went towards the players, but disappeared because of it's little form.

Adrian was looking around, expecting someone to come, his eyes not focusing at anything in particular.

-'Waiting for your boyfriend?'

-'No, i'm looking out for seeing Ray.'

-'Who said he's not your boyfriend?'

Adrian looked serious about this topic, throwing his head at you and making a disgusted face.

-'Ew, no. Not saying this because of anything, but it feels... off..'

-'What feels off?,' you asked, watching a blonde guy approach Ron, talking to him and sneaking glances at someone on the stairs.

-'I don't know? It feels like- it feels like he is so much younger than me, i mean, like he's not from here, you know? It's like he's.. not meant to be here..'

Not listening, you looked at Gryffindors sitting and getting ready to watch tryouts. Noticing Hermione, you had an idea to walk up to her, but looking back at the blonde guy, he was not leaving his eyes off of her.

-'Y/n? Are you listening?'

-'Who is that guy?'

Adrian sighed at the fact that he opened up at something that felt off, but you didn't listen. He thought his thoughts were stupid and payed his attention to the Gryffindor on the tryouts.

-'Cormac?,' Adrian asked and took a closer look, nodding at his answer 'That's Cormac McLaggen, he's popular for the looks.'

-'I'm going to kill him, destroy him, grab his neck and break it, then THROW IT IN THE BLACK LAKE AND STEP ON THE REST OF HIS BODY-'

-'Okay, calm down, Romeo. Does he like Hermione?'

McLaggen wouldn't stop staring at her, asking Weasley questions. They were probably about Hermione. Jealousy got the best of you, causing you to almost enter the pitch and get that guy's lungs out.

-'Okay- i think it's enough of this, if looks could kill he would be six feet under now.'

The meal in the great hall was weirdly loud, probably because of Gryffindor's and Slytherin's game against each other. It was a big battle in the winter, so catching the hype of other students', other half was also excited.

Walking past them, you noticed a huge lion head near the table, making you cringe and checking for who it was quietly.

-'Hello, Y/n.'

-'Luna?!'

Luna Lovegood was sitting on the Gryffindor table, probably hyping up Harry and his team. It was a good thing, though, it didn't bug you at all... but... wearing a literal lion head hat? Goddamn..

-'Is the hat cool? I am very excited to see Gryffindor win. Though, i feel like Slytherin will play cool too.'

-'Uh- yeah, i mean- yeah it will be cool.'

Confused, you walked near Harry, and couldn't resist to say a little quiet 'good luck', accidentally slightly bumping into someone.

-'Oh sorr- HI.'
