The next day, Sakura went with Tazuna, whilst the rest of us stayed behind to train. Naruto and Eboy were still trying to climb trees and I practiced magic in a small clearing out of sight from the others. I took out a special book I had brought from the library. Hiro sighed in front of me. "You're really going to learn them? I don't approve of this plan of yours," he said, worried. "It's fine, I need to learn these spells if I'm going to have any chance. No matter the cost," I replied. "I just don't think you're ready yet. It's too soon. At least wait until after the chunin exams."

"Absolutely not. This may be my only chance at succeeding, and I can't let it go to waste. So let me do this. You don't even have to help me, I'll be just fine on my own," I huffed. "Fine, fine. I'll help you learn these spells. You'd better be grateful to me, hoe." I smiled at Hiro and we got to work.

----

'Ah great, Naruto vs Eboy, who will vomit first I wonder? Hmmm it's a tie. Rematch? DISGOSTANG. Nasty ass hoes,' I thought to myself as Naruto and Eboy proceeded to regurgitate everything they ate within the last few minutes. "I want some more!" They exclaimed, and then boom! Vomit everywhere. "Don't eat so much if you're gonna puke it up!" Pinky shouted. I nodded my head. "For once I agree, y'all are n a s t y."

"I...have to eat," eboy explained. "And I have to eat more than him, it's the only possible way I'll get strong enough to beat him," Naruto added. "That's true, but puking won't help you," Kakashi input wisely.

"Excuse me, this picture is torn. Is there some reason for that? Inari you kept glancing at it all throughout dinner. It looks like there was someone else in the picture but they got torn out. I mean that's kind of strange isn't it?" Pinky asked. Everyone stopped. "Pinky you idiot, obviously it's torn for a personal reason so stop being nosy!" I scolded. "It's my husband," Tsunami said. "They used to call him a hero in this land..." Inari got up from his seat and left. "Inari where are you going?" His mom asked worriedly, quickly following her son. "Father you can't talk about him like that in front of Inari you know that!" She shouted before leaving.

"Inari is so...I mean what happened to him?" Pinky proceeded to be even more nosy. "Hmmm, is there a story behind this?" Kakashi asked. I decided I had enough and stood up to leave. "Huh? Where are you going?" Naruto questioned. "To train. I think I already know enough about this to get a grip about what Inari's childhood was like. He had an adoptive father who was well known and well liked who taught him a lot but then was brutally killed, right?" I asked without turning around. I could sense the shock on the other's faces. I sighed before walking out.

I sat down by a tree a little ways away from Tazuna's house. I yawned. "Man I'm tired. I think I deserve a nap," I said. I heard a scoff from beside me. "Bitch, you literally said you were coming out here to train. Now come on, let's work on those spells," Hiro scolded. "Fineeeee, but I get to take a nap right after, right?" I asked. "Sure." With that I grinned. However, as I stood up, something hit my head from above, knocking me out.

----

"Wake up! Wake up! Oh my god bitch are you dead or something?!" Hiro was shaking my side and I noticed it was now morning. Then I remembered how I got knocked out and jolted awake. "Holy-! What happened?!" I asked in a rush. "Calm down, this egg just bonked you on the head and you blacked out. No big deal." Egg? I looked to Hiro's arms and sure enough, there was a white egg, about the size of a small dog, with colorful patterns on it. I blinked in confusion. And then it hit me. "WHAT THE FUCK HIRO ISN'T THAT AN EXCEED EGG?!" Hiro examined it for a second. "Oh shit you're right. I guess the higher ups finally delivered it."

I tilted my head in confusion. "Um, what do you mean, delivered it?" I asked. "Oh, yeah. Since you chose to be a dragon slayer I thought, well you're gonna need an exceed to be a real one so, why not give you one? So I went to my superiors and told them and they gladly gave you one because I'm so awesome," he explained. "O-kay? Anyways doesn't it have to stay warm? How am I gonna take care of it when I can't be around to?"
