~I wish you the best~

       It's for the best, It's going to hurt me more than It hurts you,

You'll be better without me, statements which in this case I cannot confirm are true.

        You don't need me anyway, you'll be better off on your own.

At least that's what I feel is best, so no more texting or calls on the phone.

         You have so much you've yet to do, I would just darken your days.

I have to say I will miss your laugh though, I'll miss your warm gaze.

   And you'll see that when I have left you'll become a better person, it's true.

Because why be held back from the wonders of the world when you have so much left to do?

I'll miss you for the rest of my life, I'll watch you with someone else, watch you start a family and 

grow old,

And even though I have no will to live without you,

I'll always put your happiness before mine, truth be told.
