Peter was getting a little fed up. He didn't get anything out of this guy which means no meal tonight. Maybe he should look up Wade Wilson after his shift, see if he was hiding anything? Pete didn't want to admit it but he was forming an infatuation with the man that he sat with. They traded quips and laughed, the dancer watched as the other man would space out at the briefest contact.

It was adorable in a way. So maybe that was why the Spider wanted so desperately for him to be bad. So he could taste something so alluring.

When the night finished, he still hsd nothing. And while the other guests were ushered out, Wade didn't leave nor did anyone yell at him to get the hell out. Peter had to turn his head quizically as Aunt May went over to talk to the large man. They chatted in hushed voices that the demon could not make out. He walked over to the bar, a question on his lips. "Who's he?" He asked as he jumped onto a stool, his brown eyes not yet leaving the intimidating form.

"Don't know. Someone Aunt May is hiring for something" MJ responded, not looking up from where she was clesning out the glasses. "Not exactly got the body of a dancer" Harry commented as he approached. He was probably coming over to try to over Pete a ride home, he always did unless Peter made sure to leave with his next meal.

The demon had to disagree with the security's comment. Wade was not exactly lithe and acrobatic as Peter or some of the other dsncers were but he still had an impressive form that he was sure would be a sight too gawk at. Muscles were a type, he was sure that their customers could appreciate the diversity. Pete wondered if he could work the pole without breaking it, Wilson seemed like the type to be capable of tearing the thing from it's hinges with his impressive strength. He was also the kind of guy that Peter could imagine cracking a watermelon with his biceps.

And boy did that bring a hum of thoughts to the dancer. He shookhis head and tried to rejoin the conversation that his coworkers were having.

"Why would we need him? I'm enough security for this place!" Harry argued arrogantly. Ned seemed to shrink bsck on himself at that so the demon wondered if he had been the onr to suggedt that possibility. "He's got the muscles to do carpentry. Do you think Aunt May is planning to do some sort of rennovation?" Flash said as he and Liz joined the group. The couple were late to the convo as Flash had gotten out of drag and Liz to the oppurtunity to change into some more sensible clothes.

So Flash was wearing thousand dollar sneakers, jeans, a chasmere sweat-shirt and a jacket on top of that. Liz wore a white long-sleeved tutleneck, black leggingsand a blue denim overall dress, matched with some flats. They looked a lot more normal than comoared when they were working but Peter couldn't blame them, he certainly didn't go out into public looking like he currently did.

The group gossiped until they noticed May and Wade stop talking and approach them. "Everyone, this is Mr. Wilson. He's a demon hunter that I have contacted" May said, her eyes crinkling as she talked.

Peter felt like someone had poured ice-water on him as she said the man's job. Demon... Hunter? That wasn't good. His eyes widened and at first he wanted to curse himself for the action but out of the corner of his eye he noticed the others had reacted in a similarly shocked way. "Yes. May here tells me that there have been suspicious events surrounding the club." Wade said, his face still hidden in an ominous way. "The missing customers" MJ whispered.

Peter's meals.

He should have known that they would find him eventually, that they would notice the disappearences and look at the one common factor. May smiled sadly, looking directly at the Spider. "Don't freak out Pete but... It seems that there is a demon stalking you, taking out the men you pay attention to" She said. All eyes were on him now. He wanted to laugh hysterically but held himself back. They think that he's being stalked? Wow, he had been worried without reason. He was old enough to know that it would look strange if he laughed now. They might suspect him or they might think he was having a mental breakdown and that would result in him getting a lack of work. A lack of work lead to a lack lf money and a lack of food.

Though the demon supposed that he could get a job on the docks if he ever hit such a dry spell.

"Wade is here to protect you, watch out for you and get rid of whatever is coming after you" May said, putting a calming hand on his arm. Watching out for him. In one sense, he didn't likr the sound of that but in an other he did. No, he couldn't think like that. Wade was the bad guy, itmade him want to growl that he wasn't even bad enough for him to end. He would have to just admit taht the old Parker luck had made it's appearance.

"I- should go." Peter said as he msde his way to the staff area to get changed and grab his stuff. "Let me walk you home, doll face" Wilson said. "That won't be necessary as I'll be taking him home" Harry said. Pete wanted throw up at how possesive the security guard was. It was disgusting.

"I can get home on my own just fine, thanks" The dancer said bitterly. When he came back in his civilian clothes with all his stuff in his backpack, he noticed that both Wade and Harry were still there and scowling at each other. Pete hummed at a particularly malicious thought. Perhaps one will get so angry that he'll kill the other and then Pete wohld be perfectly in his rights to make a meal out of the victor.

"Baby boy, you ready to go?" Wade asked. Harry actually growled at the pet name, glaring daggers straught at the taller man. "I don't like this guy, Pete. Plus with a stalker on the loose maybe you should come back to mine instead?" The arrogant jerk asked. "I know how to walk" He responded with a tight smile as he moved past the two men. "I also have a phone and can call the police real quick and I will if I'm in danger." He said as he noticed they tried to argue with him.

Before heading out, he decided to add one last thing. "Being followed home counts ax being in danger". Pete hoped that it was enough to convince them not to follow him.
