I reached two hundred meters near and I decided to abandon the car. Something wasn't right. I have been traveling and not once did I come across a Strigoi. 

I turned off the car and threw the keys as far as I could. I slowly and tentatively made my way to the abandoned factory.

When I reached the gate, I hesitated. I hated not knowing what was going on. I decided I should on the flash light. I did and directed it at the lock. Broken. The Strigoi were already here.

I opened the door and the creaking noise went through the dark. I clenched my teeth at the noise. They know I'm here.

I open it completely and entered, flashing the light everywhere. I walk three steps when I hear the enemy's voice.

"Well well well, look what we have here ladies and gentlemen..." Oh God there are more... "The great Rose Hathaway has come to us herself. I knew it." Festus continued.

I heard different chuckles of men and women. I couldn't even calculate how many there were...

"Get out! All of you, now!" I screamed.

Five punches came in my way in seconds and went. I fell to the ground clutching onto the flash light.

"Tsk tsk tsk. You're in my domain now. I think there will be some ground rules. Number one, stop being Rose Hathaway." He said.

"The reason I said that so that I could see your face and smash it. Or are you too scared?" I said defiantly.

I got up just in time to miss two hits but ended up beaten ten times and I fell out of breath.

"Hmmmmmm...I hope at least that taught you a lesson." He said menacingly.

I let out a hopeless laugh. "You guys think that after being locked in my love's domain when he was a STRIGOI is worse than you pathetic cowards that can't even show yourself is worse?" I said screaming, "Then you really have no idea what you're doing."

My speech followed silence and then the lights turned on which caused me to shade my eyes. Festus was standing right about ten feet away from me.

"I would be really careful if I were you. There are twenty Strigoi who wanted to meet you, most of these are your fans really. I wouldn't make them angry. Some of them haven't even fed in a while." He said smirking.

"Let them come at me." I said.

"Hmmmmmm...interesting you say them." He said.

Immediately I saw five Strigoi coming after me. I knew I couldn't do offensive. I went completely defensive.

I took my gun and shot two of the weakest ones. I put back the gun and took my stake and started slashing so that they wouldn't come near me. I took down a third but they were getting too much so I took out the other stake and started slashing with them both. I took a glimpse at Festus and he was watching intently slightly impressed.

"Stop!" He commanded.

The Strigoi stepped aside but I still had my guard up. "Ten minutes, five Strigoi and you're hardly fazed yet." He stated disappointed at the Strigoi.

"Although it isn't a fair fight. I said come without weapons." He said raising his eyebrow.

"Well I can't trust you. There might've been more Strigoi in the area. I mean I had to cover sixty miles. I had to protect myself. And definitely not my fault you didn't do a check up first. Not that you can even get your hands on me." I said flatly.

"Oh I wouldn't be sure if I were you." He said.

"Try me..." I said.
