Autumn's pov
"so he invited you over to have lunch somewhere and you don't know if it's a date or not" hazel says
Her and Holland are in my room, apparently I need assistance in picking an outfit
"I'm not thinking that, he just asked and I said yes" I said
"no, see the difference between you and me is you over think the possible and I don't over think ever" Holland says
"I don't over think anything...im just having lunch with him and we're gonna chat, have fun,and hopefully I forget that I like him" I said
"ok fine, if you need a reminder that you don't like him call us and say 'balloon'" hazel says
"balloon? Why would I say balloon?"
"I don't know its easy to say and Iike that word" hazel says
"ok I think this is it" Holland says pulling out a dress, a long sleeve turtle neck and white shoes, I take it and headed to the bathroom to change
I changed and came out of the bathroom "how do I look?" I ask
They gaped "wow, you should wear dresses more often" hazel says
"thanks" I said
"is he picking you up?" Holland asks
"yeah, I think his close" I said putting my hair in a braid
"oooo not a date huh?" hazel says still insisting
"and it's not" I said
"I'll bet you my house and our friendship for this to come true because to be honest this the best thing that ever happened to me" Holland says
"wow, how about Cameron" I ask
"oh his close second" Holland says and we all laughed
We heard the doorbell ring so that means Brad's here "well I should, bye" I said grabbing my phone and wallet "and I probably use the balloon thing later" I said and they gave us a thumbs up
I went downstairs and opened the door "hey" I said seeing him in front of me, I took a second to check out what he was wearing and he looked good. He was wearing stripe sweater, with some trousers and his signature Dr. Martens
"hey Autumn" he smiles
"so where are we going?" I ask closing the door behind me and following him to his car
"that's a surprise" he says opening the car door for me
I got in "ok now I'm nervous" I said
"don't worry it's gonna be fun" he says getting in
After that he drove to a location and I feel like I've been here before, we arrived and we both got out
"ok seriously where are we?" I ask
"just c'mon" he says grabbing my hand and leading me to a house
He opens the door and suddenly a dog comes to Brad "hey girl" he says to the dog
I gasp "is that your girlfriend?" I joked
He laughs "oh yeah this is my girlfriend, we've been together since forever" he says
I giggle "well nice to meet you" I said crouching as the same height as the dog
"Autumn, Jessie" Brad says
"Jessie?, that's a cool name" I said standing up
"well let's go c'mon" he says grabbing my hand again and leading me to a room
