Autumn's pov
"here's your change, enjoy the cookies and have a great valentine's day" I smiled to a man buying cookies with his son
"thank you" he smiles back and then leaves
I watched them leave together and I thought they were a great couple, I like that he cared about her that much to get his son and wife a sweet treat
"You ok you seem like your thinking about something" Brad says cutting me off in my thoughts
"yeah, I was just thinking that man got his wife something nice for valentine's day-I don't know it's just sweet to see couples get that stuff for each other" I said "and there's me, I'm gonna be alone on valentine's day" I said pretty bummed
"tomorrow's valentine's day so you have time to get a date or you know something" he says trying to cheer me up
"or I'm not gonna have a date, just forget it but thank you for trying" I said
"your welcome I think?" he says
"how about you?, do you have a date for valentine's day?" I ask curiously
"oh no"he said hesitant, but I just act that it doesn't matter
"well looks like we are gonna be alone in valentine's day" I said "yay!" I said sarcastically
"yeah I agree, tomorrow is gonna suck" he says and I completely agree with him
Time skip (valentine's day)
Today is the day of the hearts and couples, right now I have one feeling about this day and it's ewww!
"hey dad" I said coming in the kitchen but I thought that my dad was alone but I guess not "and malia" I said smirking at them
"good morning honey, happy valentine's day" my dad says
"good morning guys, did you have a great time last night...i mean who am I kidding looks like you did" is Aid looking at malia's clothes because I saw her wearing one of my dad's shirt
"ok I'm gonna go upstairs now, good to see you Autumn" malia says quickly kissing dad's cheek and running upstairs
"Autumn its-"
"it's ok dad I understand good to see you having a life again, I'm glad your happy" i said
"thank you honey" he paused hugging me tightly "there's pancakes in the fridge" he says letting go off me
"ok thanks I'm hungry" I said "go get your girl" I said talking about malia
He just smiles and went upstairs, after my dad left the twins came in together with their girlfriends
"hey lovebirds and other lovebirds" I said grabbing two pancakes from the fridge and putting it on a plate, putting syrup on it and finally sitting down
"hey single Pringle how your morning going?" hazel asks
"oh it's doing great, I woke up with a boyfriend beside me" I paused being sarcastic "right honey?" I ask to my right side but there's no one there "oh right I'm alone" I said finally taking a bite from a pancake
They laugh "I see you doing great on valentine's day" Holland says
"am I pathetic or not because I think I am going to kill myself for not having a freaking boyfriend" I said frustrated
"You not pathetic sis your just....different and that's good because boys like that" Cameron says
"thank you I feel better now" I said
"are you going to work?" Cooper asks
"yeah, couples always come to my shop when it's valentine's day it's kinda good for business. That's like the only thing that is good about valentine's day" i said
"how did it go with Brad yesterday?" hazel asks
"oh it's great, we worked together at bakery have some laughs but you know it could be worse like I can just ask 'can I kiss you because I kinda want to' not like I can ask that" I said
"at least you can act normal with him" Cooper says
"yeah barely but you know I can which is great. By the way did you guys know he doesn't have plans today that kinda strange about it yesterday" as I said that Cooper and Cameron act strange like Brad did yesterday "do you guys know something?" I ask
"nooo" they said at the same time
"oh I know your lying, you guys always talk at the same time when your hiding something, so just tell me or I'm not going to give you valentine's day cookies and cupcakes" I said
They sighed giving up "he lied he does have plans with a very nice girl he met at a mall or something. He told us guys about it we're sorry Autumn" Cooper says
"yeah we just promised him to not tell anyone including our girlfriends and you our sister" Cameron says
I put on a sad face and a fake smile "it's ok, I should get going...see you guys" I said quickly leaving and driving to the bakery
