"Okay." Emily says.
I take my sixth shot and pour another.
But as I'm pouring it someone bumps into me from behind.
"Fuck." I say and rub my face.
I steady myself and let my eyes refocus before I grab the glass and take the shot.
Meanwhile Cole and Caleb go out into the living room to chat with some friends and I am secretly taking shots while Emily and I are just talking in the kitchen with classmates.
Then it hits me.
"I need to pee." I say.
Emily turns around.
"Okay bathroom is down the hall." She says and points.
I go down the hall and go pee then come out and stumble down leaning against one of the walls for support.
"Woah, you need help?" A man asks and I look up.
The hall.
"Jesus." I breathe out.
I reach for something because everything is spinning.
"Olivia." I hear.
"Come on."
My hands are being grabbed and I begin to walk along with them.
"Hey watch it."
I get shoved and my feet can't find their routine.
I'm walking up the stairs.
They feel like they're going to crumble from the bass of the music.
Where's the wall, where can I lean.
I look up and see a guy in a jumpsuit leading a girl up the stairs as she weighs her body on the hand rail.
I squint my eyes.
These leds cause everything to look like a different color.
It's Olivia and Tristan.
"Move." I say pushing through the crowd of people.
"MOVE!" I yell.
Why won't they move faster.
Someone hear me, please God.
I grab the beginning of the hand rail and pull myself past a couple.
I run up the stairs knocking a persons hat off as our shoulders meet at an impact.
I start to open each door.
Next, next, next.
I open the second door on the left.
"Olivia-" I say.
"GET OFF HER!" I yell and pull Tristan off her.
His back hits the dresser behind us, knocking items like perfume and jewelry holders over. I go to grab Olivia.
"WHAT THE FUCK!" Tristan yells as Cole turns around.
Tristan pushes him against the bed.
"SHES DRUNK!" Cole says and pushes him back against the dresser causing more to fall.
Tristan's grips the front of Coles shirt but Cole takes ahold of his too with one hand and socks him with the other.
A fight breaks out and some people outside of the room who can see bring attention to it.
"HEY STOP STOP!" A girl yells from the top of the steps.
Caleb and Emily are talking in the crowd when they hear this and they both look up.
They then look around for Cole.
Oh god.
They get through the crowd and to the room with a couple other people and see Cole slam a guy onto the floor.
