He talks about his family more often than not, and his life in London. His high school friends, his experiences in the film school, how he always wanted to be an actor because of his father, who was a filmmaker. He made his family sound like a coterie of friends rather than relations. It pulled the strings of Taylor's heart to imagine scenarios if she was to ever permanently live there. It was a dream. What Taylor loves the most about him is how he never mentions her professional life, or the series of prints on the tabloids every now and then. Only exception being when he first asked how she was feeling. He wasn't in the least intimated by her. If anything, she was the one who felt small, with her life becoming a public circus as it was. Embarrassing. Humiliating. Degrading.
But he only ever asked about her day, and her mom's health, and the cats. And to meet her sometime.
