I'm thinking about writing a bondi Rescue prompt fiction as well. What do you guys think about that? Also 2 updates in less than 24 hours. I started this yesterday, so I didn't quite checked the spelling yet.
"Emily," Jesse said as he leaned over the kitchen table, "you going to Tama today?" Emily turned around and faced her older brother. Jesse was a lifeguard on the most famous beach of Australia, but got send to the neighbouring beaches sometimes as well. Today he was working at Tamarama. "Yeah probs," Emily said as she shove another spoon of granola into her mouth, "Tobias and I are free today and if Maxi works on Tama with you, than yeah definitely."
Maxi was Jesse his best friend and colleague, while Maxi his younger brother, Tobias, was Emily her boyfriend. Jesse approved and so did both of their parents. The two families of them basically grew up together. Michael and Ashton had adopted Jesse, Emily and Julie some years ago, all three of them being bloodfamily. Jesse was 21 and still loved living with Michael and Ashton and was not planning on moving out anytime soon. Emily was 16 and was turning 17 within a few days. And last but not least, the two doctors had adopted the 7 year old Julie. Both Michael and Ashton worked in a hospital, together with their two best mates Calum and Luke. Micheal was their chief of surgery, Ashton worked as an ER doctor, Calum was a specialized nurse and Luke was a general pediatric specialist . Both of them had adopted Maxi, who was 23 currently, and Tobias who was 17.
"Yeah Max's with me. He didn't have his fireman classes today," Jesse said as he got some of his working stuff, "so I'll see you on Tama. Maybe go a bit of surfing together in my break or maybe I can get off early because Julie and you shouldn't be alone soo long." Both Michael and Ashton worked the evening shift that night and already left. Jesse wasn't keen on leaving Emily and Julie alone because of the things that had happened in the past. "Jess we'll be fine," Emily said as she stood up as well, "really you don't have to leave early mate. Julie is going to be training and going on a play date with Roxanne and I'll probably be with Tobias here, so some privacy would be appreciated." Emily smirked and Jesse knew her humor. "Yes than I'll be home early definitely."
Jesse threw a shirt on, the boy had something with walking shirtless around the house, and gave Emily a kiss on her cheek. He got the car keys and waved Emily goodbye. By the time Jesse started the car, the schoolbus of Julie pulled up into the street. Before Jesse even got the change to reverse the vehicle on the driveway, Julie already had run his way. "Bye bye Jesse," Julie said as she clinged herself to her brothers waist. Jesse rufled through her hair and got back into the car. He waved goodbye and was off to work.
"Hey sweetie," Emily said as Julie gave her sister a hug, "how was school today?" Julie laid her backpack on the couch and walked towards the kitchen. "It was good," she said from the kitchen, "Maxi was there to learn about safety in the water. But of course I knew already that stuff so he let me be his assistent. It was a really imporpent job he said." Emily smiled at the mishaps of Julie. "A really important job? I think you did really well then. You're going to Roxanne today right? Do you need something beside your sportclothes?" Julie looked towards her older sister as she hold a glass up for Emily to fill with juice. "Yes yes," Julie said hopping up and down, "a bakanini. We going swimming."
Because their biological parents used to drink a lot while being pregnant with Julie, she had learning difficulties from it and her brain wasn't functioning. "Oww you need your bikini as well? How about we go put that on now, get yours stuff, stop by Tobias and go to Roxanne?" Julie heard the words Roxanne and bikini so it was okay. She didn't care how she was getting there, as long as she was getting there she didn't care how that was going to go.
"You go get yourself a bikini," Emily said as she walked towards their shared beach closet, "I'll get one as well because Tobias and I will be surfing today at Tama." Julie nodded and carefully searched for a bikini, while Emily got a black bikini and made sure to grab one of her summer wetsuits as well. "This one," Julie said as she hold up her mermaid looking bikini. Emily smiled and bobbed Julie her nose.
