Chapter 24

Olivia POV-

Once we were both done laughing out asses off at Chasity's reaction, we sat down and got to know each other a little more. It felt like only a couple of minutes by the time we were done but in fact it had been nearly an hour. I learned so much about her in such little time it's like my brain was having an overload of information, but I loved everything I leaned even to the little details like her not liking mayonnaise, but I don't blame her there it's disgusting.

"You know I always liked you in high school, I would always watch you and look at all the little things you do without realising it, like when you concentrate you scrunch your nose up and it's really cute, I was sad when I turned 17 and I felt no connection to you, but then again I also thought I didn't deserve someone as good as you at the time. Also when you can to my house with Chasity announcing you were mates I was so angry, because she didn't deserve someone like you," she told me, I could tell she was being completely honest from the look of sincerity in her eyes. "Really, I guess I never noticed I was always in my own world, I thought no one payed attention to me which is why I was left alone," I expressed to her. "I'm surprised you never saw me looking at you or anything, I mean it was pretty obvious now I think back at it," the said, chuckling slightly at herself, while I just smiled while taking in every little detail about her.

Kass POV-

"Wanna go out on a date with me?" I blurted out randomly without even thinking about it, I wanted to spend more time with her and why not make it a date. "I didn't expect that but sure I'd love to go on a a date with you Kass" she responded smiling at me, I grabbed her hand and pulled her out of my room, grabbing my wallet on the way out.

I decided I'd take her to one of my favourite places, it's not fancy or anything, they just have amazing food and everyone that works there is so kind, it's honestly better than all these fancy places you can go to, pretty sure most of the food is better and more authentic too.

When we got to the front door I grabbed the keys to my car and went out to the drive. I opened up the car door for Olivia which she thanked me for and went around to my side of the car. Once we were both set and had our seat belts on, I started the car and set of to our destination.

It was a small Mexican restaurant, it's not the most well known place and may not be in the best area of the city but I absolutely love it, and I can't wait to share the experience with Olivia. When we arrived I parked at the side of the road and told Olivia not to open the door yet, so I could go around and open it up for her, as I opened it she said, "you're really sweet, you don't have to open the doors for me every time you know?" I just shrugged and responded, "I like opening the door for you, plus I'm being as polite as I can." She just smiled and got out of the car, letting me wrap my arm around her wrist and lead her to the restaurant.

They greeted me with open arms as I come here so often and took me to my favourite table which is in the corner slightly away from anyone else so you have some privacy. We sat down and the server gave us menus I already knew what I wanted but I waited patiently for her to pick something she liked the sound of.

It didn't take long for her to pick and once we had ordered the food we just started talking, it wasn't about anything in particular, we just enjoyed talking about anything possible even if it wasn't that important. "Oh I forgot to tell you earlier, but you will still need to attend the alpha ball with me because your my mate, I hope that's okay," I finally told her as I had just remembered. "Yeah that's fine, guess everybody will know your my mate then," she told me with a bright smile on her face.

The time was flying by and I didn't realise that our food was already the waiter had to cough to get us out of our daze, we talked him for our food and went to eat in a comfortable silence.
