Sound of silence (SugaxReader)

22- missed calls? in person?

~Third Person POV~

Training camp came and went. It's been a few weeks and everything's great. Except for her relationship with her 4 friends from Tokyo.

She wanted to talk to Bokuto, Kuroo, Kenma, and Keiji but she couldn't bring herself to do it. "They probably hate me" She sighed as she slammed her head down on the kitchen counter. 

"Sunshine, they don't hate you. And you know Keiji loves you unconditionally." Her father said as he rubbed her back. 

"But you should've seen the way they kept looking at me. They looked so mad-" Her voice dropped to a bare whisper. "No-they looked disappointed." 

Y/n's dad didn't know how to comfort his daughter. "Have you talked to the Sugawara boy?" She shook her head. "Maybe you should" 

She sighed. "I feel like I've been bothering him a lot lately." "What makes you think that?" She picked her head up off the table. "He's so busy. And he doesn't hang out with me as much. Or text me."

"Did you guys get into a fight?" Y/n shook her head and picked up the cat that was by her feet. "Why don't you go over and talk to him?" Her dad said as he gave her a nudge towards the door. 

"I guess," The girl said before she walked out of the kitchen and to the doors to slip her shoes on. 

She knocked on the Sugawara's door but no one answered. She knocked again and Kōshi's younger brother came to the door and opened it for her. 

"Hey, buddy" "Hi Y/n! Wanna see the new figurine I got?!" He asked excitedly.  "Sure" The young boy grabbed her hand and dragged her to his room. 

It was decked out in superhero action figures and posters of popular heroes. "Ooo can you help me put my Spiderman costume on?" He begged. She nodded and grabbed the costume from the boys' closet. 

"Is he your favorite?" The boy nodded and jumped up and down. "YES! He's so cool!" He pretended to shoot webs out of his hands. 

Once the costume was on the two played with some of his action figures for 20 minutes. "Hey, bud I'm gonna go see your brother" "Ok! I'm gonna go see mommy downstairs!" She ruffled his hair and left his room

Y/n walked down the hall to her boyfriend's room. She was about to push the door open when she heard a girl's laugh. The door was cracked open so she decided to look inside. 

"You know Suga..." Y/n watched as Michimiya put the end of her pencil on her bottom lip. "You're really cute" The girl scooted closer to Y/n's boyfriend and stared into his eyes.

Suga stared at her. In his mind, he didn't understand what was happening. In Y/n's mind, she thought he was ignoring her because he found someone better. 

Michimiya is the Karasuno girl's volleyball team captain. But she always showed interest in Daichi. So why Suga? Why now? 

Y/n watched as the girl cupped her boyfriend's face. He turned a bright shade of red. Y/n couldn't watch anymore. 

She walked downstairs quietly as the tears fell down her cheeks. "Oh hey de-," Mrs. Sugawara noticed how down Y/n was. 

"Oh no, what happened?" She tried to comfort Y/n, but the girl stepped away. "He's-he-" Y/n started to break down. "He found someone better," She said as she pointed upstairs. 

Mrs. Sugawara knew Michimiya was over studying but she was furious when she saw how hurt Y/n was. After all, she became like a daughter to her. 

"Y/N!!" The little boy shouted as he ran towards her. "BANG! I caught you!" He said as he shot an imaginary web.
