Sheeps In The Modern City

Silence, sighs, wandering
Not in the flowers
But in the world of lies

Innocence, white, wondering
How their towers
Able to touch the sky

Disobedience, lies, pondering
In a world where power
Is money to be on high

Violence, blind, squandering
How darkness devoured
Their spirits, run dry

But then someone admitted, "I am lost"
Realized how really the burning fire is frost
He needs a rightful Shepherd
And follow what He thought
He needs the teachings and learnings
Before darkness get him caught

Life on Mars, death on Mars
Racing cars, racing hearts
Healing scars, bleeding scars
Shooting stars, shooting fires
Hearts on jars, hearts on bars
Smoking cigars, smoking motorcars

I don't want again to witness
The dryness fire brought
I don't want the happiness
With the soul as payment, is bought
I don't want the blindness
How wrongs seem to appear not
I don't want the fullness
Deceit, it's an empty box

I don't want to die with the feel of flying
I don't want to die with the fear of dying
I don't want to die without my soul crying
I don't want to die without even trying

Therefore, then, I admitted, "I am lost"
Realized how really the burning fire is frost
I need a rightful Shepherd
And follow what He thought
I need the teachings and learnings
Before darkness get me caught

As we wander the modern city
Our white wools were dyed in black
But Someone over there
Someone that told His angel to break that big rock
He's just waiting for us to admit
That we're lost sheeps in the modern city
Before there's still a sound of ticking clock
Stop living dark under
It's not true, so stop believing in lucks
Don't be blown by the worldly wind

Lost sheep in the modern city
I need the rightful Shepherd to teach me
Lost sheep's sunburned stories
There's a leopard but Someone protected me
Lost sheeps hoping some glories
In the modern city but they found me
A lost sheep that hoped some glories
In the modern city, but hate found me

In the modern city
All I found was fury, faces were blurry
All I found was worry, paces were in hurry
All men were a jury, corpses weren't buried
In the modern city
It was like a deep sea, I am blue Dory
I was struck, tipsy, I was too scurry
Now, I am too sorry, this is my story
In the modern city

Therefore, then, I admitted, "I am lost"
Realized how really the burning fire is frost
I need a rightful Shepherd
And follow what He ought
I need the teachings and learnings
Before darkness get me caught
