Chapter 18

                       -Emily's Pov-

We quickly jumped away from the snake onto another branch.Then the snake started crawling up a tree.I summoned my scythe and held it in front of me.

Then all of a sudden Sasuke started to panic."Sasuke,"I said.I jumped to where Sasuke was.The woman then started to twirl herself up the tree.

I was about to use a jutsu on her when suddenly Kunai's and Shuriken's stopped the woman.I turned my head.

"Naruto,"I said,while being a bit happy."If you want the scroll,I'll give it to you,"Sasuke said.I looked at Sasuke shocked.

"Sasuke,what the hell are you doing,"I said while gripping my scythe tighter.Sasuke threw the scroll but Naruto caught it.

I was shocked.This isnt the Sasuke I know.I walked to Sasuke and slapped him hard.He looked at me shocked.

"Sasuke what are you doing,this isnt the Sasuke I know,the Sasuke I know wouldnt be a coward like this"I said with my hair shadowing my eyes.

"What do you think you're doing,"he said to me."Your not the real Sasuke are you,"Naruto asked."This...stupid coward  is absolutely not the Sasuke I know,"he said.

"That's right,Sasuke would never hand over the scroll no matter how dangerous it is,"I said with anger in my eyes.

Then suddenly the woman pulled up her sleeve and but her thumb and smeared the blood on her arm."I have a bad feeling about this,"I said.

"Summoning jutsu,"she said while doing hand signs.After she was done with the hand signs a snake appeared.
I have seen the summoning jutsu in the books I read,I never imagined it would be this powerful.

If you do the right hand signs and have enough chakra ,you would be able to summon something.It seems that I was zoned out because Naruto popped up and kicked the snake.

'Damn,what can I do to help'.Naruto then started to loose control.'I cant just stand here and do nothing,I have to help,but how,would i get in the way.So do i just stand here'.While I was zoned out,I didn't sense or notice the snake heading for me and Sasuke.

I finally snapped out of it when I saw Naruto standing in front of us with two kunai's stuck in the snakes head."Naruto,"I said shocked.

'What happened while I was zoned out.I really should pay more attention to my surroundings'."Hey are you hurt,Scaredy cat,"he said.

My eyes widened in surprise,he used the same thing as Sasuke did on the B-rank mission.

The women's tongue wrapped around Naruto.'What the hell is that women doing to Naruto?'.The women lifted up Narutos shirt."Five prolonged sealing,"she said and smashed her hand on Naruto stomach.

"Sasuke,Emily help Naruto,"Sakura said.I snapped out of it but Sasuke was still in a daze.I quickly took out a kunai and Sakura did the same,we threw our kunai at Naruto and it stuck him to a tree.

I looked at Naruto anger stirring up in me.She hurt Naruto,how dare she.My hair shadowed my eyes and my hand clenched into a fist.'How dare she hurt one of my team mates'.

I looked at her with my sharingan activated."This is what I expected of a Uchiha and a Ashikaga,"she said.

I looked at Sasuke and he looked at me. We both nodded.We both ran to her and started to fight her.Sasuke threw needles at her while I threw shuriken at her but she dodged it.

We then engaged into hand to hand combat.Sasuke used his rope to tie her against the tree.I took a deep breath."Fire Style:Fire Ball Jutsu,"and breathed  fire out of my mouth  onto the rope.

Sasuke also used his fire justu.The woman started to scream in agony.Sasuke and me were breathing heavily.I looked up and looked at the woman.

The woman freed herself and clasped her hands together.Suddenly I felt like I couldn't move.I tried to move my hand but to no avail I couldn't move it.

What type of justu did she use on us.Her voice suddenly started to morph into a males voice."I didnt expect that you could use the sharingan to this extent at your age,you two are truly a member of  the Ashikaga and Uchiha clan,"s-he said.

I tried to grab my kunai but I couldnt move no matter what I did.Then the man burned the scroll."No,our scroll,"I said.

He did a sign and guys neck started to extend towards me."What the hell,"I said.He got closer while I tried to jump but my body didnt listen to me.Fear started to sink in me.

When he was close enough his sunk his teeth onto my neck and then pulled away after awhile and did the same thing to Sasuke.

"Sasuke-Kun,Emily,"Sakura said.Then I felt a excruciating pain in my neck.I screamed in agony whole clutching my neck.

My body felt like it was burning and I felt like I was starting to lose consciousness.'What the hell did that he do to me'.

The pain started to increase,I started to scream again.Before I lost consciousness,I heard Sakura say something.

"What did you do to Emily and Sasuke-Kun,"She said."Sasuke would come looking for me for power...and Emily,I gave her a gift,she might also come look for me,if not then Sasuke would probably take her with him,"he said,then I heard his disappear.

"Sakura,...take us...to a...shelter,one more...thing before I... pass out...check if Naruto is...okay,once...you find...a shelter,"I mustered out to her,she nodded and then I blacked out.
