Chapter 23

                         -Emily's Pov-

It was Neji vs Naruto and I was a tad bit worried but I knew that Naruto has the power to beat Neji.I kept on throwing glances at Gaara since I wanted to talk to him but I  know he didnt want me near him.

I sighed in defeat,I just wanted to help him If you're wondering what happened me and Gaara had a little fight.

I just wanted to help him and I kept on insisting but then he got mad and lashed out on me.I wanted to help him with his insomnia.

I sighed tunring back to the match.Sasuke was nowhere to be found.

'Maybe I should take a nap'.

I closed my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.

                             -Dream-

I was at the statue again.I tuned around and faced Madara."We meet again,"he said.

I nodded my head.He took slow steps towards me.He stood inf ront of me towering over me.

He took my chin and forcefully tilted my gear to the side.He gently tugged my collar down to look at the curse mark.

"So it's been sealed,"he stated.I nodded my head even though it wasn't a question.

He took a step back.we stared at each other when suddenly a question came to my mind.

"Hey Madara,what is the Ashikaga's chakra affinity,"I asked.

I saw him flinch at the name.He sat down and stayed silent.

I sat next to him waiting for him to say something.

"The Ashikaga's clans affinity specializes with Fire,water and lighting affinity but but can only use Fire you have yet to unlock your other affinitys.
You need traij very hard if you want to unlock them,it will be rough but eventually you'll get there,"he said.

"Madara will you teach me some Fire jutsu's,"I asked.He nodded his head."I was planning to,"he said.

I was about to say something but I started disappearing."Thanks,"I said and disappeared.

I slowly opened my eyes and looked around and and looked down to see who was fighting.

Surprisingly it was Sasuke and Gaara.

Sasuke had his hand stuck in Gaara's sand.He pulled his hand out slowly and when he got it out I saw something move.

I sighed.I looked for Naruto and I spotted him.

"Hey Naruto,did you win against Neji,"I asked.

"You weren't watching,"he asked me.I nodded my head."Sorry,I fell asleep,"I said.

I saw a look of sadness cross Naruto's eyes but was replaced with a grin.

"You were probably tired,ttebayo,"he said.I nodded slowly.

"So did you win,"I asked. "Yeah,ttebayo, "he said.

"Congratulations,Naruto,"I said with a small smile.He smiled back widely. "Thanks,"he said.

I sat down and continued to watch,I could feel blood lust and it was strong. The intent to kill.

I quickly stood up and narrowed my eyes at the sand.

"Emily-Chan,"Naruto shouting confused.I shook my head.

Then all of a sudden I felt sleepy.

'Genjutsu.'

I formed my hand into a seal."Kai,"I said quickly and looked around and saw everyone asleep.

I immediately looked at where the hokage was the hokages were sitting but I saw the Kazekage holding a kunai to the hokages neck.

"What's going on,"I said."Kakashi,I'll be going to the hokage,"I said and jumped away before he could reply.

I saw four people surrond the Kage's and then a purple barrier started surrounding them.

I landed on the roof and went to stand by the anbu.

"Hokage-Sama,"I shouted.He looked at me."Emily,go helpthe others,"he said.

"But-,""Go now,"he said with a stern look.

"Haik,Hokage-Sama,"I sais and glared at the Kazekage for a second and then left.

I went over to Kakashi while deflecting a kunai.

I landed behind Kakashi facing the other sound nin."Need help,Kakashi,"I asked.

He glanced at me and nodded."Where did Naruto go,"I said whole kicking a sound nin.

"U gave hmm,Sakura and Shikanaru a S-mission,"he said."S-Class,"I said.He nodded.I sighed.

"I will talk will talk you later Kakashi but first let's deal with these sound nin, "I said.

"Fire Style:Fire wolves,"I shouted and took out some sand nins.I summoned my scythe and held it in front of me.

"Wind Style:Wind Scythe,"I shouted and slashed my scythe to the sound nins carefully avoiding the citizens.

I looked around,there was ni more sound nins on my side."Kakashi,im going to Naruto,"I said and jumped out do the whole in the wall.

I closed my eyes and sensed for Narutos chakra.

When I finally sensed it,it was weak.U quickly jumped thought the tree and made my way to where Naruto was.

                     -Little Time skip-

When I finally made it there. Naruto,
Gaara,Sakura and Sasuje were heavily injured.I saw Naruto crawling over to Gaara and saying something.

I sighed and walked over to Naruto and pat his head,he looked at me surprised.

I slowly made my way over to Gaara and whispered in his ear,I was about to go back to my friends but Gaara stopped me.

He held put something towards me which looked like a bracelet.I gently took it from him and went back to my friends.

Temari and Kankuro took Gaara away.

                        -Gaara's Pov-

I was still shocked by what Emily said.
It surprised me and made me feel warm."Gaara,are you blushing,"Temari said shocked.Ignored her and thought of what Emily said.

"Gaara,you are not alone anymore.
me and Naruto will be your            friends.I will always love you
Gaara.So please understand
that you have someone who cares
for you.You don't have suffer or be
afraid anymore."

"Temari,what's this warm feeling in my heart,"I asked her.She looked at me shocked but smiled.

"Its love,"she said dreamily.I looke at her confused.She saw my expression and sighed.

"Gaara does you stomach feel like it wants to burst or does your face feel warm,"she asked.

I nodded.She looked at me with wide eyes."Gaara you love someone,"she said.My eyes widened in shock.

"Does that mean I love Emily,"I asked.
"Emily?That girl with a scythe,"she asked.

I gave a curt nod in response."Yes,you do,"she said.My breath hitched.

'How could I love someone,I only love myself.'

'I will always love you.'

Emily's words cane into my mind and without realizing it.I smiled.
