Chapter 28

                         -Emily's Pov-

Once my crying session was over I quickly pulled away from Kakashi from the embarrassment I was feeling.

Kakashi had a close-eyed smile while Nauto had a blank expression.

"Naruto?,"I questioned with worry.

Naruto looked at me for a moment then walked out leaving me and Kakashi in the room.

I blinked in surprise then my gaze settled on my lap with a saddened look.

Kakashi seemed to notice my expression and ruffled my hair.

"I'll go talk to him,"he said ready to leave but I stopped him.

"Does Naruto hate me now?,"I asked not looking at him while my hands were holding tightly onto the blanket.

Kakashi looked at me and sighed."No, he doesn't,"he said.

"Then why...,"I trailed off."He's angry," he said.

"Angry?,"I questioned confused.

Kakashi looked at me with a deadpan look and sighed.

"Yeah,he's angry at the people who hurt you,"he said.

"But,why would he?,"I asked.He sighed.

"Emily,he cares for you,we all do,everyone who knows you,do,"he said.

I looked at him shocked."Noone cared for me before,"I said looking down.

"Then you have to get use to it,"he said.

I looked up at him seeing him give me a close-eyed smile which made me feel warm inside.

                           -Time Skip-

I woke up from a slight tremor in the hospital.

I looked around confused,when did I fall asleep and what was that tremor?

I sat up and swung my legs to the side of the bed and stood slowly while groaning from the pain that struck my body.

I pushed the sliding door open while peaking outside and looking around.

Nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

I sighed,probably my imagination.

I went back inside and layed myself on the bed but I couldn't help the uneasy feeling that had settled in me.

I shrugged it off and looked up at the ceiling thinking on what I should do to become stronger.

Then my mind went back to Sasuke's brother.They said that they needed me,but what for?Then and idea popped in my mind.

                            -Time Skip-

I leaned back looking at all my packed things.

I sighed knowing this will make Naruto and Team 7 sad but I have to become stronger in order to protect them even if I have to betray them.

I know that they care about me,but I have to get stronger no matter the cause.

I heaved the bag onto my shoulders.I looked around my room making sure that I haven't forgot anything.

Finally when I was done looking around the room I stepped out of the house.

I have decided to leave at night since mostly noone was out at that time.

I sighed again looking up at the night sky until a noise caught my attention.

I turned a corner and saw Sasuke knocking out Sakura.My eyes widened at the sight.

I hid behind the wall.By the looks of it,it looks like Sasuke is leaving as well considering the bag that's on his back.

Again the uneasy feeling settled in me.Is this the reason why I had this feeling,because Sasuke was leaving or was it something else?

"Come out,"Sasuke said.My eyes widened but I stepped out.

"Emily,"he said."Sasuke,"I said.

"Are you here to stop me as well?,he asked glaring at me.

"Actually no,I'm leaving as well,"I said.

He looked at me with a hint of surprise in his eyes.

He turned around and started walking making me walk faster to catch up with him.

When I finally caught up we walked in a comfortable silence until he spoke up.

"Why are you leaving?,"he asked.

"To become stronger,"I said."Hn,"he said.

"Are you,""No,I'm not,I'm not going to that snake and I suggest you do the same,"I said."Hn,".

I sweatdropped at his response.I sighed. 

"Well,Sasuke I guess this where we part,"I said turning the other way to leave but I felt a hand tug my wrist

I turned around."Hm?,"I hummed.

"Why dont you come with me?,"he asked.I sighed.

"Sasuke,I already told you,I'm not going to that snake,"I said pulling away from him.

"Now if you don't mind,I'll be leaving,"I said turning around and leaving but failed to see the saddened expression on his face.
