Fintan and Kenric arrived at a lab. Fortunately, it wasn't a dark and creepy place. It was quite bright and neat. Certainly not what Kenric expected of Fintan. Suddenly, Fintan let go of his iron grip. Kenric was about to whip out his crystal and leap away but Fintan beat him to the chase. With a large fire ball in front of Kenric's chest, he said "Don't even think about it. You move, you die." Kenric looked like he was about to burst with anger. Then Fintan said "You might want to get those burns treated". Kenric's jaw nearly fell to the floor. That was the last thing he expected to come out of Fintan's mouth. But it looked like he didn't have a choice because Fintan shoved him to the nearest bed and brought a shady looking doctor in. Kenric wanted to jump of the bed and leap straight to Oralie but Fintan still had that fire ball in front of his chest. And he wasn't sure he could stand anymore. Those burns were really burning. So he decided to stay still and get his burns treated so he could somehow find a way to get back to Oralie and everybody else.
