7 - Right after Kenric's appearance changed

The man handed the former councillor a mirror and it took everything in Kenric not to scream. His skin had sagged. His lovely red hair had turned dirty blond and his sharp features had turned into chubby cheeks. His blue eyes were now a much darker shade, and his ears became pointy, like an ancient. He had become much shorter and his football player body had now become just a football body. Kenric was still here, but his amazingly perfect body was gone. The man reluctantly called Fintan and when he came, he was extremely happy with what Kenric had become. ''Ah, how I love to see the work of ruckleberries.'' he said. ''But unfortunately, I do not have time to admire it. Follow me. Now.'' he lead Kenric out of the small room and back into the lab. ''Now you listen to me your royal scumbagness. I have successfully disguised you. Now it is time to give you another ability.'' Kenric gasped. Another ability? Is that even possible? ''It is possible, if that's what you're thinking. How else do you think the Black swan gave the girl so many abilities? If they can mess with her genes, why can't we mess with yours?'' Fintan said. Kenric tried to run but remembered the huge fire ball in front of him. Why was this happening to him? What did he do to deserve this? Fintan shoved him onto a cot and the shady doctor walked in. No. He wasn't going to back down so easily. Kenric suddenly kicked Fintan in the stomach and began to run, hoping it would take a minute for Fintan to get up and chase him. Once he was far enough, he whipped out his crystal and was this close to stepping into the light when someone knocked the crystal out of his hand. The shady doctor grinned an evil grin and said "Do not underestimate my speed." Then he dragged the former councillor back to the lab and onto a cot. And the last thing he remembered was Fintan and the doctor's evil grins and then everything shut down.
