Piper McLean POV:

We can never get a break can we?

I winced as I fell on what seemed like a body, (hopefully not a dead body). While I received a grunt in response; good, not dead. 

I need to find out where I am.

This was a smart thought, but it totally backfired in my face. A sharp pain hit me right when I was about to sit up, causing the person below me to yell out in pain-

hOLY FRICK THAT WAS MEG.

I sat up in surprise, only to remember that somebody that somebody fell on me.

"ouch, what the hades-" the person on me mumbled. 

"Gods please get off of me." I groaned in frustration. That voice sounded familiar, I just couldn't pinpoint where I heard it from.

"LESTER I SWEAR TO THE GODS, I'M GOING TO PUKE."

"MEG?"

"YES IT'S MEG, IDIOT. NOW GET OFF BEFORE I PASS OFF."

I sighed, "Apollo I'm literally about to pass out."

With that, he yelped and rolled off of me, finally allowing me a moment to breathe. I sat up and turned to Meg.

"Meg you good?" I asked.

"Peachy."

"Peaches is here?"

"No Lester what the hades-"

"Piper."

I turned at my name and saw a few demigods I knew. 

"Nico? What are we doing here?" 

He pursed his lips, "We're in the past. The fates said that the freeze in time was connected to this point in time somehow. We're here to fix it."

My breath hitched and I swiveled my head, only to come to disappointment. We were too far in the past. There were older demigods I didn't know, young ones too. They probably died in battle or went to college. The reason I was sad was because I didn't see him, Jason. I thought I could talk to him one last time.

Don't get me wrong, I've gotten over him. Long before he died. I moved on, I even got a girlfriend that I love with all my heart. It doesn't mean I don't miss him though. It doesn't mean he wasn't my best friend.

"If I'm right, this is around the time Percy exploded the toilets; Annabeth told me a while ago."

I turned and saw Thalia, holding the same grief as me.
