I cannot tell you everything. In fact I can barely tell you anything.
What the City of Reflections looks like or where it is or what we are is forbidden knowledge.
I can tell you the City of reflections is everywhere, but it is nowhere. It is everything but nothing.
I can tell you that it is grand and massive. It is like another world. But what is the point in telling you that I can't tell you. So I'll tell you this.
Once the dreams are over they are taken back to the City. They are in the form of a glass ball. The size of a tennis ball, roughly. Also, it isn't clear glass, it is frosted and almost looks like a grey fog swirling inside. When the Collector, which is me, or the Dreamer, which is Sami, are near it the fog will change colours. And when either of us are holding in the dreams will flicker inside. But the Dreamer rarely comes near the ball let alone touches it.
After I give the glass ball to the Dividers, they sort them and when I get to Sami's dreams the Hiders should have placed the dreams with the rest of her dreams.
So at the end of her life her dreams will be a wall of foggy glass. And, yes, we have plenty of space to store the dreams of everyone in the world.
Here is something else I can tell you. Once the Dreamer dies their Collector dies with them. (The Collector is an Observer but Observer is plural). Thier Collector stands by their dreams the whole day and slowly the colourful glass will become mirrors. Not entire mirrors but ball versions, reflective glass balls. The Collector will use their last remains of power to make all the dreams into one reflective ball, they will go to the Dreamer's body and die with them. The Collector will drop the ball into the casket, inside the body and the Collector will force his soul inside the body as well. That is where he will die unable to thrive off death.
I'll let you in on a little secret. The body's eyes will change at this point, the moment the soul and the ball fall inside the eyes of the person will change. Not that anyone notices but they become mirrors reflecting back the darkness of the coffin as they open in the City of Blood.
