I mutter into my wrist again, "Sami, 3."
The dreams are getting closer now so I'll just be noting the...differences.
In dreams you, the person who's dream it is, always has to be in the dream. No exceptions, always. Whether you're the centre of attention or part of the crowd.
Sami wasn't in her dream.
She wasn't hiding or in the forest.
I could feel her leave. Like I was being tugged. The dream became weaker and collapsed.
The next difference is that the man in the forest died.
I know you think people die in dreams all the time, but the truth is no one can.
We don't know why, they just can't. But before, I could feel him go.
Like I said, I don't know how.
I just do.
