Dance Sprite

Ok, this isn't a KOTLC meme or anything, but I wanted to get your opinion on something

So I have a project for art where we have to animate a dance sprite

So here is my first draft

XD I know

The arms are floppy and the legs out of control

My second draft -

The arms aren't as floppy but the hands and feet are still lumpy

Also that kick — ew

That leg bent in the wrong direction

This is my current draft -

This one I added my initials (Caila Legend) cuz I forgot to do that in the first two drafts

The initials are so that people don't steal my work, but the first two are so gross that no one would want it anyway

This one I cleaned up the hand and feet shape and PROPERLY proportioned the body

XD I'm just boring you now with proportions

Anyway

I can still fix the lumps

and the fact that she steps forward after the kick and spins back is cool I guess

Didn't plan it, but cool XD

Here's the question:

Should I color more?

I like the black and white theme and I probably won't do a face and ruin it, so should I color her top, hair, and skin?

If so what color and what should the background be?

Heres something extra:

Last year I did a project where you use pixil art too

I did a girl doing a back handspring

She expands when she lands

*shudder*

So I updated it:

I added a crown!

And I fixed the leg so it looks more natural!
