Keefe shivered in the frost. It was winter in the Lost Cities.

"Can we go somewhere hot?" he asked.

"Sure, let's go to Candleshade. It is in the southern hemisphere," Sophie replied.

"No. The Forbidden Cities."

"Do you know how illegal that is?"

"So, it's not like we have never broken the law before."

"That was different."

"No."

"Yes. That was an emergency. This is just cause."

"Whatever Foster."

"Fine."

And so, Sophie asked where he wanted to go.

"We could go to Iceland," Sophie said, after 10 failed countries.

"That sounds even colder than here."

"Trust me. It's not. It is called Iceland cause the humans who founded it did not want anyone going there. So they called it Iceland so people would think it is very cold. For example, Greenland. The humans who found it called it Greenland even though it had mountains of ice and snow practically all year round. I am not sure if this is true. So please don't be offended."

"Why didn't they reverse the names."

"Cause once the land is named, the name sticks."

"Well let's go then."

They teleported into Iceland.

"This is cool. That is a human. And so is that one."

"Practically all living creatures here beside us is a human. And they can hear us."

"Not that plant. That is not human. And so who cares if they can hear us. They won't understand."

They were speaking the Enlightened language.

Sophie sighed.

"Now, you have gotten your heat. Let's go home."

"But Foster."

"No buts."

"Psh. You just said but."

Keefe burst out laughing.

"Shh. You are going to attract attention."

His laughing did attract attention. But to the onlookers, it made Keefe look even more handsome.

Sophie sighed again.

Boys can be so immature.

"We're going home."

And without a glance back, they teleported away.

Sorry if this is a boring chapter.
