* Prologue *

"Khun Earth... Khun Mix just arrived"

Earth looked up from his phone, quickly placing it on his nightstand, before getting up from the King sized bed and checking himself in the full-body mirror in his bedroom. His hair were a little messy, but his dark blue dresspants and the white T-shirt looked good, though his Nong didn't care for those kind of things anyway. Well... you always want to look good for the person you like, right?

He chuckled softly on his way out of the room, through the left wing of the mansion and finally reached the marmor staircase, seeing his beloved one having a chat with one of the maids and smiling brightly.

"Phi!"

His smile grew bigger and he waved up to Earth, as soon as he could see the other, but waited for him to come down the staircase.

"Did you wait long, " Earth asked softly, giving Mix an affectionate expression while caressing his head a couple of times.

"I just came like 5 minutes ago, cause I wanted to pick it up myself", the younger smiled happily, taking a small ringbox out of his jacket poket and teasing the other with it.

"Ow... I wanna see it" Earth outed, giving him a look like a baby puppy but Mix just shook his head.

"Come on Phi... you only have to wait a week and than you'll see it anyway... "

"Sometimes, a week just seems so long" he sighed before interwining one of their hands and walking outside the mansion while holding Mix' hand.

The younger put the ring box away in his pocket again, walking side by side with Earth in the huge parc outside the mansion and enjoying the shade of the trees. It was mid july already and therefore really hot, but thankfully  the existence of  the shades made it  definitely bearable, and Mix loved taking walks outside anyway.

"I still can't believe how this all went down", the younger suddenly uttered, stopping at a small pond and sitting down in the grass, shortly followed by Earth.

"I would have never thought they were okay with us in the first place... but then even proposing we could get married if we wanted... it seemed so..."

"... so unexpected", Mix completed Earth's sentence and softly wrapped his arms around his fiancé's arm, leaning a little against the older.

Their mother's, both being widowed after their husbands died way too early, knew one another for a long time already, while Earth and Mix got close  through their common friend Mew. Both coming from influential families, they ended up in the same class in elementary school and at some time in 3rd grade, Earth was currently at Mew's house when one of his neighbours came over.

Mix was two years younger than the two others, growing up with Mew as if they were brothers, since their parents were really close. Earth still remembered how the younger was so scared of him that he hid behind Mew, and how it took him a whole 3 months for the baby to talk to him. That changed over the years, the trio hanging out together all the time and at some point... it had happened...

"I like you Phi."

Earth's eyes widened, hearing the younger one's voice behind the door, that was a crack open. He knew for a fact that both Mew and Mix were in the room... so... did that mean that Nong Mix liked... Mew?

He could feel a tightening in his chest, carefully placing his hand  above it and biting his lips. He felt... hurt a little. Of course, he couldn't expect anything... but over the years he had come to like the younger. Earth would always feel happy when seeing Mix... and whenever his classmates talked about their boyfriends or girlfriends... he couldn't stop thinking about the younger. He was obvious to his feelings for a couple of weeks now... but was there even a chance they would be allowed to date?

Coming both from rich families and being the only children both families had, they were expected to take over the businesses one day... and obviously ensure the family line... so there was no way their family would actually allow them to be a couple... right?

The door suddenly opened, Mew standing there with eyes widening, while looking at Earth.

"Ai'Earth... i..."

"I'm sorry I interrupted you two... I have to leave and take care of something", he quickly said excusing himself and trying to get away from there as quickly as he could.

Earth knew himself that he had no right to feel hurt, he had never made any steps towards Mix or confessed his feelings, and if he fell in love with Mix... than Mix could easily start liking Mew.

The boy had already reached the vast labyrinth garden behind Mew's house, heading into it while trying to hide himself away for a moment to just calm down.

"Phi... please wait"

Someone held onto his shirt and Earth stopped, hearing Mix panting real hard behind him and biting his lip.

"It's not what it looks like" the younger mumbled after catching his breath, his small hands still holding onto the soft fabrics of Earth's shirt.

"You don't have to explain it to me Nong... "

"Phi... Phom chorb khun na"

Earth's eyes widened, turning around and looking a totally exhausted Mix in the eyes. His stamina had never been good, him often times only watching when Mew and Earth did sports together. No wonder he would be exhausted, running all the way to Earth.

"I was so nervous and didn't know how to tell you that...so I asked Phi Mew if I could rehearse it with him."

Earth looked at Mix baffled for a moment, before hugging him softly with a smile on his face.

"Phi chorb Nong na~~"

Almost two and a half years had passed since then, but the biggest surprise was their mother's reaction. They had told them together about their feelings, when Mix and his mother came over to Earth's house and instead of getting angry or ripping them from each other's arms... they supported their relationship. And even more... they promised that if they would stay together, they would be allowed to get married and live together once Mix turned 18. And well.. that day was about to come in just one week.

"I just can't believe we will be able to fall asleep next to each other every night and wake up next to each other every morning... hihi", the younger smiled brightly, following a vein on Earth's arm with his finger.

"And we can spend every day of our lifes together... I can't wait for it", Earth whispered, leaning down to Mix and placing a soft kiss on his cheek.
